Description of Work: they came in shifts for different parts of the service. So they came for the estimate, they came for the cleaning, then another appointment for the repair, then another for the follow up. Good work but you had to be there for each part.

Description of Work: They provided a quote for mold remediation. They did want to charge for mold removal for a issue that did not exist. They recommended testing from a 3rd company. Ultimately didn't use but properly would in the future.

Description of Work: We had a slow leaking dishwasher that caused mold and significant water damage in our kitchen. They quoted a reasonable price on the remediation and quickly appeared to begin the remediation. They did show up a few hours late on the second visit but sufficiently addressed the mold. They could have been a little more cautious with covering our carpet where they walked. all in all I was happy with the service but have dealt with more cautious remediation companies in the past

The job went very smooth, just as the technician described. I would use them again without hesitation.
Description of Work: The professionalism and knowledge of the staff was great. My wife and I had many questions and concerns. The technician walk us through the entire remediation process. Which put us at ease.

It was a very smooth process and the responding time was amazing. Everything got dry in two days. I will recommend Servpro of Loudoun County to all my friends. Thank you, Servpro for a great job!
Description of Work: Almost two weeks ago I experienced a water damage in the middle of the night in my townhouse, caused by a malfunction of the main water shut off valve. I immediately went on Angieslist and looked for a water damage restoration company and picked Servpro of Loudoun County, based on their reputation and friends suggestions. They picked up the call immediately and showed up on site in less than one hour. They immediately started to extract water from the carpet and set up dehumidifiers and air movers and were very detailled on explaining us the process. The next day, on Sunday the team showed up and checked on their equipment and took moisture and temperature readings. On Monday, when they took readings, everything was completely dry and they were able to remove the equipment. Everything was covered by the home owners insurance and Servpro conducted and maintained all the communication with the insurance company.
