I toll them what the problem was, they fixed it. Had another company come out they tried but did not have the expertise to make the repairs. Replacing and electrical outlet was all that was needed. Why does it coast so much just to have an electrical outlet replaced. James and James Jr junior were on time and did a great job.

We moved into new house and needed install of dedicated outlet for a fridge in the garage, new smoke detectors and to replace or add new light fixtures throughout house. James and his son James Jr were professional, completed jobs seamlessly and did excellent work! We highly recommend Trius Electric!!

My husband found James about two years ago and he and his team are reliable, professional, and a joy to work with. Many electricians are difficult to get in touch with, but James is always responsive and friendly. No matter the size of the job, he is willing to support and his prices are reasonable and his work is excellent. We're so glad we found TriUs Electric and we plan to continue working with James and his team for a long time.

I call and set an appointment for TriUS Electric and they never showed up and have yet to return my call to explain why or to reschedule. I will not call them again for any electric support. Very poor experience.

Excellent work. Traced down a mis-wiring that others couldn't find. Never gave up. Fixed to code a Safety issue on my pool equipment.

Electrician wired one outlet box with an on/off switch (he provided) into an outdoor outlet box (I provided) that I had already mounted. I had already put the input and output wires into the box. It took him about 10 minutes to connect the switch to the writes and screw in the outdoor weather proof cover I provided. He charged me $125.. You decide!

I am happy to recommend TriUs. The responded to my call quickly and professionally. A fire at a power substation knocked out our power and the resulting surge fried outlets in my family room. It could have caused a house fire! The outlets were replaced and a couple of other issues addressed. He was able to install a whole house surge protector so this should not happen again. On time, professional, reasonably priced, friendly; I am so pleased with today's service that I plan on scheduling them to install a whole house generator in the near future!

The contractor is extremely professional and knowledgeable with over 20 years of experience. During the estimate he noted all materials that would be needed and did not have to stop the job to go get any more materials. He did a total of 7 projects in my home in under two and a half hours. If you want your job done correctly, efficiently, and quickly hire this company immediately!

Company installed electrical supply box to allow my emergency generator to be connected. Instillation was timely clean and professional.

If I could give TriUs ten stars, I would do so gladly. James Jones, Master Electrician called within minutes of my posting on HomeAdvisor. He came to the house the next morning, spent half a day updating our electrical, and other odd electrical jobs. We had spent almost two weeks without light in our kitchen and main bathroom. You can only imagine what I looked like after not having light to "do" my face each morning. Also, we had to place extension cords all over the kitchen in order to keep our refrigerator and freezer going. On top of all that, James fixed overhead lights, fan/lights, hallway lights, and my office light . . . all of which had stopped working years ago. James is not only gracious and an all around pleasant fellow, but he is an extraordinary electrician. My husband and I cannot say enough good things about James Jones and TriUs Electric, and strongly recommend this company to anyone who has issues with their electrical.
