Repairmen were good. Had to haggle a little with the price difference from the quote but not a huge problem.

I want to say that these guys are great !!! The issue we had was not an easy fix ,and Matt came out found the problem and got us back our service. We heard from James immediately the day after I looked online (even though it was a holiday ) now that is dedication !!!! THANK YOU TRIUS ELECTRIC I will call you all if ever I need any work and hands down I would recommend you to any one who needs an electrician !!!!!

Like others who have rated this company, I too received a lower estimate than what was presented to me at the time of installation. When I initially called, I told James precisely what the work entailed. One light fixture in a 2-story entryway was to be switched out with a new one I had purchased, and 3 ceiling fans to be installed in bedrooms that currently have no overhead lighting. When they began working, one of the men told me that the 2-story light was $250 as opposed to the quoted $95, because James didn't indicate it was a 2-story foyer. I distinctly remember him asking me how tall the foyer was in feet, etc. I was very angry, but let the work go forward because I needed to get it done before my houseguests arrived. This was a very straightforward estimate, and for there to be this sort of error was very disconcerting. The workers were great, so if you use them, make sure you have your estimate in writing and no "miscommunications" prior to going forward with the work.

Had competent personnel and quickly diagnosed and corrected the problem.

Quick to respond. Very professional and knowledgeable. Able to solve the problem and make the repairs quickly.

Had a bath exhaust fan replaced. Experienced a problem with first install. Promptly returned to make it right. Could be a 5 star rating but service men did not wear shoe covers and did not clean up after.

They contacted us immediately after we put in the inquiry on Home Advisor. They came the next day to give an estimate, and completed the work on the third day. They consulted us on every stage to make sure the work was exactly what we wanted and did a beautiful job.

Prompt return call, excellent professional, understands customers questions, excellent work, wasting no time, what a great business, clean up after their work , was careful to put down protection on work area. Old saying THEY ARE ON THE BALL
