TriUs responded to my inquiry amazingly fast. With the first phone conversation, I felt confident and comfortable with TriUs. They were willing to go to my home to check things out and it turned out that the job was not what I thought needed to be done. The job was less costly. TriUs set up an appointment for the next day. Completed the job which required turning off the power to the entire house. I expressed concern that my sump pump must not be off for a lengthy period of time. TriUs stayed on site until they saw that the pump was working. They were very considerate of my needs and concerns. Would I call them again? Absolutely!

They came and did the work had 1 small problem and they returned to fix it. There prices good. Will recommend

This company contacted me right after I hit the send button to homeadvisor.com. James the owner was very friendly and courteous and was able to meet my schedule. Brad the technician arrived 20 minutes early and went straight to work. He was very polite and professional and did a excellent job. The only reason I did not give all five stars was because of a dispute over a trip charge that I was unaware of and refused to pay. However, James resolved the issue. This additional charge should have been addressed up front before any agreement on work performed. Overall, I would hire this company for future electrical work.

Phone estimates are hard to do but the customer should be pleasantly surprised that the actual cost is less not a lot higher. The work was done in a timely manner. The first HomeAdvisor referred electrician I called promised to schedule work and get work done but didn't follow through. TriUs kept their word and the work was done as promised. I will call this company in the future.
