Description of Work: I called on 30 July 2014 for estimate on job. He called back the next day and left a voice mail message that he was out of town and would call back the following Monday. I returned his call and left a message on his voice mail that was fine, to call me back the following Monday or Tuesday. He never called me back. I called again on 12 August 2014 and left another voice mail message to contact me - no response. I called again on 19 August 2014 at 218pm and left another voice mail message about what he promised on his original call back to my voice mail. I never got a call back.

+ -1 moreContacted Whitehead Construction when our bathroom ceiling was leaking (during a week of rain). It had been patched before and wasn't a permanent fix. Blake called us back and went by our house the next day, we weren't home but told him where the problem was outside. He let us know that the patch was not a permanent solution, but should hold for a while. We let him know that we would like him to come back and do whatever needs to be done to fix the problem. Haven't heard back, nor called him, but the roof still hasn't leaked since! Whatever he did has held up this long & if we run into this again, we will certainly contact Whitehead Construction to do the job!

+ 4 mored fixed the leakOne afternoon, after a strong thunderstorm, we noticed a fresh stain in the ceiling of my bedroom. We called Whithead Construction and they said they would be able to come by the next day after working on a big project in NC. They showed up even earlier than promised and when I came home from work, expecting to meet them, my wife told me they had already come, and repaired the original leak and one additional one. They billed me a month later for $100. The roof hasn't leaked so far, and we had quite a few strong downpoors.
Description of Work: Blake Whitehead responded very quickly when we were in urgent need of repair of a leak in our slate roof. He and his crew fixed 2 leaky spots within 30min. I will definitively use them again.
