Workers Chris F, Calvin, Dustin were very professional and did an amazing job. They came in on time to do my 5 windows and did a very good job. They were very polite and happy to answer any of my questions i had. After they finished they cleaned up well and didnt make any mess. Im just very very satisfied with their work and professionalism.

Sam, Kevon, and Darius did an outstanding job. So appreciated that an electrician was contacted due to an issue. It made a long day for the installers due to the delay yet they remained positive and courteous. The shower install was done right and will last a lifetime. Thanks

From the 1st visit to explore options for a tub to shower conversion until the actual work today I was impressed! West Shore did a great Job. They installed a shower at another home of mine so I already knew of their craftsmanship and product. This is why I had them do my home. The in home visit was quick and easy, since I knew what I wanted. Prices have increased a little but that's to be expected with the world now and the cost of materials. I feel that with the amount of work the installers, Trevor T. and Kris G. did was worth every penny. They were on time, professional and did an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier. Taking my old original bathroom from 1993..yes 1993 to 2021...So you know there were some issues they had to address. Great company, great product, great customer service so far. With the warranty which I hope to not have to use I feel this is a great product and Company.

Roger, Chris and John of the install team did a great job. Arrived on time and worked tirelessly throughout the day. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower.
