I was very impressed.  I used them years ago and then they started having untrained technicians and I stopped using them for a good 10-12 years. The other day I went in to see who is certified because now they have to post their certification of the technicians.  I went there and I seen that all of their technicians had certifications.  I had my oil changed and I always have synthetic oil change and I was really pleased at the timeliness in which they did the service and I was shocked at how clean they cleaned my car. You normally think that they would just wipe the windshield of the car but they vacuumed my whole car and they cleaned it inside and outside. Their technicians are all certified to perform mechanical stuff there which has not always been there. A lot of people in the past have hired people who can just change oil but when they remove the nut to drain the oil out of your car they used wrong wrenches in stripping the nut and it can result in an oil leak. It is a costly problem if you end up with a burnt out engine. They were all very professional and someone met you with your car in line, took your information, ascertained what you wanted done and then showed you the waiting room. When the oil change was complete the technician came and talked to you and let you know what was done then you pay for your work and went back to wherever. I have paid as much as $89 for the same oil change and so I was surprised when I paid so little here and that too with a new oil filter. The quality of their work and the products that they use are genuine products.  The person who checked me in line asked me if I had any concerns with my car today apart from my oil change. I was there for less than half an hour. Although they had to wear uniforms I didn’t see grease spots all over them. They didn’t have greasy hands and dirty finger nails. When they get into your car you don’t want them putting grease all over your upholstery and steering wheel and stuff like that. I was very happy to see they used gloves.
