Junk Shuttle

They exceeded my expectations by not only cleaning up every last bit from where the pile was located but they also took away several small trees I had cut down and put in a pile near the construction debris. I hadn't intended them to have to deal with that but Bruce volunteered saying he considered it part of the job. He has a super positive attitude and is willing to work with you on making sure the job is priced right and is a bargain over the usual dumpster rental or having to take a dozen trips to the dump in a pick up truck. He also makes sure any recyclable or reclaimable material is put to good use and not just heaved into the dump. When my wife got home she was both thrilled the ugly pile was gone and amazed at how well it was done as if it had never been there. That alone made it a better value than money can buy.

Professional, punctual, personable, efficient, reasonably priced. Stellar service. We are very pleased, and will use them again! We were able to purchase and use an Angie's list coupon, which was helpful.

The guys arrived right on time. It was morning and they were all freshly dressed, soft-spoken, and well-mannered. They handled getting our "junk" out of the house with great care and attentiveness to avoid bumping our other furniture or wall decor. We were extremely happy with their help, their work ethic, their organizational efficiency, and their friendly, polite behaviors. We will definitely use them again.

They promptly returned my phone call and we set up appointment and agreed on pricing. They were here at 9 AM (window was 9 - 9:30). The owner and one other worker came with the truck and quickly moved and loaded the items and even took one more item that I decided to get rid of. They were very friendly and organized and worked quickly. They requested that I submit a review since they were a small company (not a franchise) and it would help their company.

Bruce reached out within a day of getting the deal and we lined up an appointment a week out. They showed up on time, neat, quick and professional. Would absolutely use them again. Great experience.

Superb. No questions, careful, hauled away everything we asked. The good news is that RECYCLE the usable things (which were good portion of the stuff we were having hauled away). Great, great service

We are in the process of cleaning up our parent's home to get it ready for sale and we had accumulated a large pile of junk and trash. We looked on Angie's List to locate a contractor. We contacted Junk Shuttle after seeing their promotion and purchased a special promotion for $75 for junk hauling. We coordinated the hauling through Bruce Wiley who kept me informed and was very responsive. On the day that the trash was picked up, two men arrived and completed the work in a professional manner. Both were very attentive and accommodating and had more of an interest in making the premises look like there was never any trash there after the work was done than we did. After that experience, we contracted with Junk Shuttle to tear down a shed and haul the debris away. Again, the area was left almost like the shed was never there.

These guys are AWESOME!!! Communication prior to the job was great -- we talked via Angie's List email -- Bruce was very responsive and professional. Both guys were on time (and bonus -- handsome) : ) They worked HARD all day -- they moved fast, and got everything out of that big house (and there was stuff crammed into every attic crawl space and closet!) working non-stop from 9am to 3pm. I had bought an older home and the seller had left everything "as is" -- they hauled away heavy furniture, beds, outdoor/patio furniture, boxes of junk, just everything! They had the truck filled over the top! It was hard work, ALOT of junk, and they both had such a friendly attitude and smile all day -- I don't know how they do it. But I told them when they left I'm inviting them to my house-warming party when the house is done! What great guys -- and what a VALUABLE service! I'll be referring them to all my friends. 5 stars -- HIGHLY recommend!

I bought an Angie's List deal for this. We scheduled the pick up and they came and took what I wanted them to. They were even generous when the weight of my yard waste was more than they had estimated (more dirt than I thought) and didn't charge me more.

They couldn't be more helpful or professional and I couldn't believe how much junk fit in a half load: a gazebo and a lot more.

After purchasing their "big deal" for a junk haul away on Angie's List, we got everything together that we needed removed from our home and shed and called to schedule a pick up time. Tim and Matt were very punctual, very professional and, more importantly, very courteous. We did a quick tour together where I showed them everything that needed to be hauled away and they went through and took care of everything for us. They were cognizant to remove everything from inside the house before they removed items from the shed so as not to track any dirt in the house. After getting everything out of the shed, they organized everything left in there (which wasn't much at all) and swept the shed out for us! I was asked to go through and ensure everything had been taken away that we needed gone, which it was, and just like that everything was gone! While I was checking to be sure everything was removed I mentioned that we would be tearing our shed down in the near future, and Tim informed me that they perform this service as well and quoted me a demo and haul away job for our shed on the spot! This was a wonderful deal provided by a wonderful company and if we ever have need of a haul away service again, we'd be sure to give them a call!

It went great! After Henrico County disappointed me by not picking up the yard debris in a timely manner and by not being willing to give me any hint of when my job was scheduled, I called Junk Shuttle. When I explained to Bruce (as I had also done with the county) that my window for aerating, handling weed control, and mulching was dwindling and that I needed the debris removed ASAP, he rearranged his scheduled and came within an hour. He was personable, professional, and efficient. I have nothing but high praise for the job he did. Thank you, Bruce!

Awesome service! They were responsive. They called me from the site. Explained what they were doing. Asked if I needed anything else. Cleaned up the site better than I would have. Can't say enough good things about their service.

Bruce and his crew were great! They got the shed taken apart within a couple of hours. They also removed additional debris from the yard, including some heavy logs.

This Father and Son Company is awesome. They arrived on time, and quickly went to work removing the things we had requested. In addition to that they went in the attic and handed us boxes that hadn't been seen by us in over 10 years, and they hauled all that stuff away as well. It took them approximately and hour, which would've taken us 2 days or more. They are professional, courteous, and went out of their way to be accommodating. They deserve every accolade they have received in other reviews. After all the boxes had been removed from attic, they swept the attic, and had us inspect what they had done before they left. They took tremendous pride in their work, and and also made sure we were happy as well. Prices were reasonable, as I couldn't of done this job myself, and I am so glad to now know them, as I would definitely hire them again, and would refer to anyone who needs this type of work.............I just cannot say enough good things about these guys!!!

This went great! Better than I could've expected! We're selling our home, and need it to look its best. Getting rid of a bunch of junk and clutter will help a lot! LOVE JUNK SHUTTLE! This is the second time I have used Junk Shuttle and he is always Professional, Courteous, Ready, and Willing to help make your junk piles disappear. I used the Angie's List deal after receiving multiple quotes. We were able to schedule a time within a day or two and everything was removed in about an hour. I was placing my house on the market that week and needed some junk removed. Bruce was very accommodating in scheduling the work promptly. Due to confusion in the address information on Angie's List, the workers arrived at the home I have just moved into vs. the home I am selling. In order to meet my time constraints for getting the junk removed prior to placing my house on the market, they went out again the same day and removed all the junk. Would definitely use Junk Shuttle again.
