I hired this company to remove a small tree and stump that had uprooted from a storm. I got two quotes both said they could do it this. This one was a little cheaper so i picked them. I chose to do this because thiugh i could cut up the tree i have no clue how to deal with the stump abd make the planter look nice. They left the stump now i am stuck with a half exposed unremovable stump. I contact the guy who came and he says he is sorry for the mix up but now it will cost more to fix the problem and that the stump cannot be removed. He was supposed to come by today between 5:30 and 6:00 pm and did show and is not responding to txts now. As far as i am concerned company is one huge inconvenience just avoid it. I had a second person who said they could do it for a little more i regret my mistake of trying to save 50 dollars. The guy who came to assess the job clearly did not really look at the job and was not here to remove it on monday. They just sent some random dudes who did half the work and left. The photos if i find lut how to post them will show you have half a grand gets you from this company. This is a planter in my yard i will have to pay another 500 to have fixed now. I am gonna pay twice what i would with the other guys and this company did a job i would have done on a Saturday total waist of my time and money. They got two stars only because they did at least do two thirds of the job. No money has been paid because they are ignoring all my calls i assume i will just be getting a bill in the mail for this half job given that they are ghosting me. Will update if they bill me.

He mowed the lawn, trimmed and took away dead bushes and re-planted. Very please with service, very personalable & professional, very agreeable, and loved the work he did.

Terrible. Had difficulty contacting them...all calls went to voice mail, calls were returned after normal business hours. Asked for references first. they said they'd have to get back to me...and that took nearly 10 days...they apparently did not have any references, but called me with 2 (probably after they did some work). References said they did okay work and did what they promised to do. I had them come quote my yard. Agreed to quote, agreed to date work would be done, but said I would need to see a copy of their insurance prior to starting any work in my yard. Day they were to do work they did not show up. That evening I got a call saying they did not provide insurance info for leaf removal jobs, only for tree removal jobs. I said either you have insurance or you don't! In the end, they refused to provide proof of insurance and I told them we could not do business. You should never let anyone work in your yard or on your home that is not insured as you have no recourse if they damage your property, and are liable if they injure themselves while on your property. Be careful!
