Great work, fair price. All you can ask for.

I received a call quickly after my submission and the price quoted was very affordable. However, when I went home to review the work after completed, I had a hard time finding traces of fertilizer and seeds. It was apparent that the yard had been aerated. I decided to wait two weeks to see if anything come ups. After two weeks I have hit and miss growth throughout my yard. Mostly missed areas. We have had plenty of rain and I've been watering as well but no beautiful yard as I would expect. At this point I'll have to do the job over again before the planting season ends. Very disappointing

His helper did a good job, just missed several areas when I walked the yard afterwards. I'm sure if I had pointed it out when they were there they would have taken care of it.
