I was very pleased with the overall cleanliness of our home. There are so many "hard to get to" places that gather dust and they were all addressed. The hardwood floors and baseboards looked great. We have well water and a majority of the calcium buildup on the glass shower doors had been removed. This was a deep clean (I have it done twice a year) as our house is regularly cleaned bi-weekly. My only negative was that I found a piece of an armrest from an antique love seat broken off (was laying on the seat) and I was not notified. I will repair but accountability is key for me and I would have preferred to have been told rather than finding it myself.

The girls did a good job on my 'move-in' cleaning. House we bought was sold 'as is' and definitely was not move-in ready. Would have taken me a week to do what they did in 2 1/2 hours! Thanks so much!!

Although one of the ladies got sick at the last minute and could not come, the two ladies who did show up worked as a team to get my Colonial Heights house really clean and ready to put on the market. They were efficient, professional, and personable -- very easy to work with. Together they completed the job despite the fact that they were short handed. Their work was excellent, and I would definitely recommend this cleaning service!

Owner Wanda was very friendly and easy to work with. Her team of cleaners were very respectful of her and our home and worked hard. They showed up 30 minutes early and stayed much longer than expected. The house looked better than it had in years. Very pleased customer. We will have them return monthly.

Royal cleaning is very professional and did a great job on a move out cleaning for a rental home.

They were thorough, professional and friendly. I had contractors at the house all of whom commented on how great they were. We ended up signing a contract for biweekly cleaning. Highly recommended.
