Yesterday was our first cleaning and our apartment has never been this clean! Great job, Maid Right!

The owner's wife came to my home and scared me to death. The young woman who was cleaning did an excellent job, that is who I expected. The old woman with stringy hair showed up unannounced bringing a stranger with her. I refused to allow them into my home. I do miss Caitlin.

Pleasant experience

Overall Maid Right of Richmond did a great job. They were extremely professional and provided excellent customer service! I like attention to detail, so there were a couple of spots that were missed - but when I pointed them out they were happy to address them.

The presentation when the manager came to my home was professional and courteous.

Staff very polite, and productive. They said they would rmpty our trash cans, including 2 in kitchen, but did not do those last 2 cans. They did not vacuum in the closets in bedrooms.

They did a good job, but it seems little expensive.

OF COURSE I love that they will do all kinds of extra things at no extra charge if you want them to. And that they described everything they regularly do and that's what they do. That tiny bathroom hasn't been that clean in YEARS. So now I have time to do other things that need to be done - like vacuum behind the frig!

I rated this company 3 stars because they responded to my request very fast and were early and on time for the job. But most of the cleaning was done very poorly. There was still a lot of dust left over on the interior window lead, the blinds were not clean, the stove they claimed they do not used any type of bleach cleaner they are Eco friendly, they don't expose to chemicals. I showed the ladies some of the window edge that was clean, and still have dust on them, they wipe it but still left some more dust. I did not want to be repeating myself I just left it alone, and had to go over with all purpose cleaner to make sure all the dust are out and the stove, I spray it with some oven cleaner and clean it out myself.

Inspect the work that was done ASAP. You don't want to have to go back and try to beat a dead horse.

This was their first visit. I left them to do their job. When they return for the next scheduled cleaning I will review a few issues I had. It was a pleasure having them in my home and they were courteous and respectful. Look forward to upgrading my review.

John was great to work with and communicated effectively. Followed up the next day to see how we liked the service. Enviroshield was an extra bonus to help keep germs under control during flu season

They called back right away, they showed up and did all they said they would do. I love coming home to a clean house. I am taking care of a aging parents and I have to be cleaning that house, can't do both and work full time and they understood that and have made my life so much easier!

House smelled great and everything was done above our expectations.
