A Clean Solution

Although there was always a punctuality problem, they did show up. The cleaning varied from week to week depending on the people sent to clean the house. Sometimes after they left I would have to go from room to room, recleaning, or replacing things where they belonged, other times it was great. When the boss came , the results were great. Last visit on 8/22/12, one of the ladies shattered a pendant light located above the kitchen island. It was one of 3 pendants. With profuse apologies it was determined that Ronny (the boss) would have the pendant replaced and installed by an electrician. And yes, she was here that day. It was further determined that this particular style pendant was no longer available so that 3 new fixtures would have to be bought. I went to Home Depot to purchase new lights and stayed to the lower price point to buy the new ones. At that point I contacted Ronny to set up and appointment to have them installed, she gave me a date. I waited all day, called her back and have called her for 3 weeks now. No phone call has been returned. I even called her husband at his work and was assured that it was just a minor oversight, but that has produced no results either. At this point, I have finally had the work done and have no recourse but to take her to small claims court. I am honestly at a loss to explain this, as I thought we had a good relationship. I am so terribly dissappointed.

They are responsive, pleasant and they do good work. I would use them again.
