The estimate was quick & easy. The work was scheduled & completed all within a week of the initial estimate. All that was promised was delivered. I was told it would take 2 days, it did. I was told the ceiling would be smooth & now it is better than new. Mr. Logan, who did all the repairs & painting was extremely consensus & a perfectionist. All the work was completed to a point better than I ever could have expected.

I filled out an online form from the company's web site. The owner Jay contacted me the next day. We set an appointment for him to come out and look at what I needed done. Jay showed up on time. He is professional and straight forward. He looked at the work I needed done. Two days later he emailed me an estimate as promised. I accepted the estimate and set an appointment for the work to be done. Jay sent out Rahim. Rahim showed up on time all five days. Simply put Rahim's quality of work is outstanding! He is professional and friendly. He repaired all my drywall issues and painted one bathroom. I was amazed at how when he paints he doesn't even use tape to mask things off. He just paints. He did a perfect paint job with no paint drops or spills. He's that good. Rahim has a skill set with drywall repair and painting that is phenominal. Rahim is the man. I will definitely be hiring Trogdon enterprises in the future.

Everything went well. * hrs was running out and painter could only put two coats of paint on fireplace. A little brick bleed through and painter instructed me how to put the last coat on and I did. Looks great.

Used Angie's List's SnapFix for the first time looking for a contractor to fix a hole in my kitchen ceiling after a leak in my upstairs shower was fixed. Jay Trogdon came out to check the project and we scheduled the work to be done. The work was done in a timely and professional manner. His employee arrived on time, got right to work and did a great job, both in installing the drywall, painting the ceiling and the cleanup. I am very pleased with Trogdon Enterprises, and would not hesitate to contact them again for any future projects I may have. Thanks Jay and thanks Angie's List!

I didnt use the deal because I didnt want to wait 5 weeks to have the services completed. It was strictly due to scheduling.

Mr Trogdon was very responsive to my needs and we are satisfied with the job they did.

The provider never contacted me as they should have. When I finally called them the individual who I talked to was very unprofessional. I did not feel that this was something that they really wanted to do. He told me they are backed up for six weeks. I do not want to wait six weeks. It seemed he wasn't aware of what was going on. I have decided not to use this service provider.

Besides Jay being very responsive to my needs involving the job, The contractor's representative that actually completed the work was professional and excellent to work with. I would highly recommend Trogdon Enterprisesto anyone in need of painting services

Rahim arrived at the scheduled time prepared for the wallpaper removal. We had already prepared the room by removing some of the furniture into another room and gathering the remaining furniture in the center of the room and had placed plastic over all our items ~ so there was no delay in Rahim starting the project. Rahim worked diligently and gave us the added benefit of giving suggestions on how to make the remainder of our wallpaper removal project easier. At this point we contacted Jay at Trogdon Enterprises and arranged for another Angie's List special ~ 'mudding' the walls and painting. Rahim went over how to proceed to prepare for his next visit.

I did not need this service. The next available date he had was 9/1/14. That is too late for me.

They did a really good job. It was a good price.

It went well. I punched a deal for 2 hours of handyman service. It took awhile to get an available date due to all of the response to the deal. The man who came out was good about letting me know when his time was going to be up so that I could decide if I wanted him to finish the project at an extra charge or finish it myself.

I contacted him to schedule an appointment. The response I got was that he was booked for 6-7 weeks. No offer of alternative dates. Short email. Very unprofessional. I suppose he is over-extended - more commitments than he can fulfil in a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend emailing for availabilty prior to releasing funds to Mr Trogdon.

He was a very nice guy, on time, but didn't have a steamer to remove the wall paper so it took an incredibly long time and hardly accomplished anything. I wouldn't call them again for wallpaper removal but I would call them in a heartbeat for painting.

They did a great job. Arrived on time and cleaned up after they were finished. I would recommend their services.

Jay sent his associate, Raheem to my residence to give me an estimate on the required work. He told me that it would be an 8-hour job to complete all three tasks. I called Jay to set up an appointment date and he had a last-minute cancelation so Raheem would be out in my area the following week. Raheem arrived on time and asked me if I purchased the supplies needed to complete the work. I was not aware of that, so I had to give Raheem cash to go to Home Depot to purchase the necessary supplies (drywall and sealant). He purchased drywall for the closet and then later in the day, when he started on the 4ft hole in ceiling inside office, the drywall was a different thickness, so Raheem had to go back to Home Depot to purchase another sheet of drywall. Raheem was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with since I was present during the entire job. He was also supposed to paint the three areas (I did have some paint but probably not enough to cover all three areas) but the humidity was very high that day and the sealant was not going to dry within a 1/2 hour. Raheem gave me a discount since we were waiting for the sealant to dry but never did while he was present. I did purchase paint and did paint the three areas myself (not included in cost) at a later date. In conclusion, the work went very well and I would recommend Trogdon Enterprises. The only change I would have made was to ask Raheem the exact supplies needed during the initial estimate so I could have purchased them to save some time.

It was okay. The price is good. The person showed up and painted for six hours. I had to remove all the hardware so it was easy for him to do but less a little mess; we found spots on the wall where he cleaned his brushes on the sink; we found residues there. They were on time. They worked for the six hours and the painting itself seemed to be good. I don't have any problem with that. It seemed like a good deal.

It went wonderfully. The painter was absolutely excellent. He didn't need a drop cloth or tape. The work was flawless. He was very professional and personable all at the same time. I would highly recommend this company and plan to get them back for more work!

It went well. He showed up on time and worked steadily through the day. The cost was based on time and he didn't waste any time at all and finished within the required time. I will definitely use them again.

I needed the garage ceiling painted and a apx. 2-3 ft.sq. area on my bathroom wall (I tried to patch and paint a quarter size doornob ping and I just made itbigger and worse). Painter showed up early Tuesday and got to work on the ceiling. He finished the ceiling in apx. 4 hours and I had him check the bathroom wall. I was told, because I had used the wrong color and type, the whole wall would have to be sanded and repainted. Since I would need more paint and it might take more time than I had left I released him. After my wife returned home, she noticed the 6 inch ceiling trim board had not been painted. I called the painter back and he returned on Saturday afternoon to do the trim. He said he thought the trim should have been done but, since I didn't mentione it he only did the ceiling. He did the reim at no cost to me except the paint. The ceiling looks great and I'm satisfied but, it should have been on the first trip so I give them a "B" insted of an "A".

They came out and looked at the house to put together a quote. They said they would email it. We never received a quote. We called twice and they kept saying they would email the quote but we still never received it. We ended up having to go with someone else.

My experience with Trogdon was great from start to finish. To begin, Jay was actually early for his appointment to access my situation and make recommendations and offer a quote. He was polite, professional and efficient. I feel his pricing was very fair (he posts his rates on his website, which helps set your expectation), and they did the job as promised. As nobody currently lives in the home, I left a lockbox which worked for all parties. Jay and I had regular communications and he offered his professional advice on a couple items he was working on. To sum it up, they did what they promised....did a quality job and the pricing was very fair. I will definitely use in the future if a need arises.

An excellent job. The wallpaper was difficult to remove and required expertise and patience and more time than we had thought. He got it all off and cleaned the walls up beautifully. The paint job is one of the best I've ever had...straight lines and smooth walls...quite remarkable considering the wallpaper removal! Very considerate in making time to get my job done in the least amount of days possible before completion. I'm very pleased with my bathroom.
