The painters were very unprofessional. There was a clear lack of language communication. Paint was tracked on carpets, trim was painted that was not supposed to be, walls were unpainted that should have been, all lights were left on at the end of the work day, and the thermostat on the heat pump was adjusted. Not a good experience.

They had no sense of urgency performing the job in which they were hired for, took extremely long lunches (over 1.5hrs) and constantly had to follow painters to point out areas that were missed or only had 1 coat of paint.

took longer than quoted, looks like the painters and the office were not on the same page on how long the job would take. I liked it very much that they provided upfront quote for the job and i didn't have to pay anything upfront till the job was fully completed to my satisfaction.
