Description of Work: Repairing/filling holes in wall, painting, installing bathroom fixtures and thermostat.

Description of Work: Repainted two rooms and a hall, after making minor repairs, painted an entire builtin wall unit, with shelves and drawers, installed new drop down ladder to attic, repaired tile in cathedral ceiling in kitchen.,Repaired water damage to a study in basement, including structural improvement to the wall, drywaall replacement, and finishing.. Ih an earlier project he re-routed ductwork that was creating an air pollution problem. Future plans we have for this company include renovation of two upstairs bathrooms, repainting and repairs to window treatments in the living and dining rooms, and a variety of other smaller home improvement projects.

Description of Work: Shawn and his team helped us remodel my daughter's room. They opened a door between two adjacent but small rooms to make a larger living space combining the two. They also walled off one of the two doorways to a shared bathroom. Electrical wiring was reconfigured, and the whole area was painted.

Description of Work: My wife and I would like to express our deepest appreciation for Shawn’s excellent responsiveness and professional workmanship for several projects in our home. The largest of these was competitively bid, and Shawn’s bid was much more explicit than the proposals provided by his competitors. Even more important, Shawn demonstrated exceptional understanding of the nature of the unique problem an the best means to resolve it. This project involved replacement of the major structural corner element in an 880 ft two-story addition (previously built in 1988). His suggested fix was elegant in concept, and his proposed means to implement the reconstruction yielded by far the lowest bid. Everything went according to plan, and Shawn and his assistant were able to affect needed repairs within several working days. Most importantly, the final repair was “invisible”, with the associated drywall, trim and painting matching the previous décor of the room such that no evidence was left that any repair had been made. We had Shawn complete several smaller projects in the last 2 months, including installation of an attic ladder, and ceiling and plumbing repairs. These tasks were completed with similar flair and high level of craftsmanship. We definitely plan on using Pro Finishers for ALL of our additional work in the coming months.
