Description of Work: Miracle Method resurfaced a bathtub for me. It turned out great! And so much better than having to replace it. The person they sent was very professional and did a great job. I am now considering having a shower pan and tile done.

I had purchased a big deal from another company but they could not answer my questions about the service and details of the process. I then came back to the list after speaking with the people of Miracle Method I chose them. Members of my family and friends are so impressed with the beauty of the tub -- looks new! This company has a special bonding that is solely theirs that sets them apart from others. Professional, very customer service oriented, showroom you can visit to see actual tubs and finish, just an excellent company to deal with I |In all aspects.

Description of Work: They stripped, filled a few spots, and resurfaced our tub. They were timely and professional during the time they were at our house.

Description of Work: They reglazed a bath tub. Very professional, punctual, did an excellent job. The tub looks like new and they did an excellent job protecting the rest of the bathroom and cleaning up afterwards. Would definitely use them again and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: Refinished surround tiles in around tub, as well as tiles around and on floor. Also refinished bathtub and sink. Was a surprise for my wife, who was out of town and project was scheduled accordingly. Product looks great and the tech who performed the work (Jose) was outstanding. His work rate was only exceeded by his work ethic. Can't say enough from the start of the process (Brent) to the office coordination to the actual work done by Jose. Highly recommend these people. They've restored my faith in home contractors and kudos to Angie's list for recognizing them. Also shout out to Affordable Handyman services, who did some of the up front "leg work" to prep the walls for Miracle's work. Great job, all!

Description of Work: Everything went quite well except for timing. I was told they would be here on the 31st at 8:00 am which they were. They were supposed to be here the next day at 8:00 am but never showed up so I called and was he was on another job. That was at 2 pm. We were to be nexted but I had another obligation and couldn't be here. I was then told it would be two more days, which was Thursday. It would have been nice if in the first place they had called to let me know the timing instead of me calling them. The job otherwise is quite nice.

Description of Work: Resurfaced our bathtub. The experience was very good. Their price was reasonable and worth it. They were very attentive, punctual, and professional.

Description of Work: The work was performed, it pealed within a year, they returned to resurface again and it pealed again. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Description of Work: I was not pleased with the service, I thought they were doing caulking and they wanted to do something much more complicated that would have cost more than $800.00 They did come and gave me a quotation. It was not what I thought it would be. You have to be more specific with the service I would have not paid for a visit.
