I hired Guillermo Cordova with a two day noticed. He came and gave me a quote the day my wife researched for painters. He was very responsive and very reasonable. Overall, I was very happy with the work he provided. I also hired his wife's cleaning company. She was a pleasure to work with. However, her partner that day had very little interest in cleaning. I ended up having to retouch the wall that Guillermo painted because she was careless when cleaning.

I hired Guillermo Cordova to help paint the entire house, installed coffer or drop down ceiling , painting the garage. The work is done in a short period of time, his friendliness and with YES!! can do attitude with a great personality which makes thing easy to work with. The new paint gives it the refreshing new look to the house. He and his crews also installed drop down ceiling in the open foyer and the living room which turned out great and very elegant beautiful look to the house. He is able to meet my weekend schedule and has done a fantastic job with all the projects that i asked him to do for me. I will definitely ask him to help with the future projects. Guillermo Cordova showed a genuine concern about my bowing ceiling in my garage. He assured me they could fix it and they did. The ceiling is as good as new. They covered everything in the work area to ensure there was no damage or mess. This guy and his team are awesome. Courteous, polite and answered every question I had.

My house had damaged wood due to water damage on the framing around my bay window and sliding glass door. Mr. Cordova came out and gave me an assessment of the repairs needed and quote me his labor plus materials. When I hired him he purchased the materials on the day before he came to do the work and presented me with the receipts. I am very pleased with the quality of the work and the time it took to do it. I will use him again if needed. I rated the value for the money a 4 because I didnt have anything to compare it with.

Guillermo and his crew worked into the dark of night on their first day to seal up an attic bared by a displaced Facia board and twisted gutter. An approaching rain storm made me worry that the repair would not be completed in time but he and his crew finished the first part of the project in plenty of time. Damage uncovered during the early part of the project was quickly estimated and added onto the work plan seamlessly. The entire project was finished several days early because they worked long days and never got distracted from finishing the job. Great company, worth a look for any project. They will always be on my call list when I need some work done.
