This was an ORDEAL!!! They over promised and under delivered. They were contracted to replace rotted wood. What they did was patch some spots and used wood filler on others! They damaged seven window screens and only repaired them once I brought it to their attention. Painted ALL of my windows shut. The project lead never came to check on the work quality. I had to tell her what was not done! Only after proving to her the work contracted for was not done or done poorly were adjustments made to the overall price. Had I not said anything or followed up on their work they would have charged me full price knowing the work was either not done or done poorly. This job reflects poorly on home advisors and 5-Star painting. Hire them ar your own risk!!!

The work was fast, affordable and quality. It was a humid day when the work was done, so there were some drip marks on the walls, but the team came back the next day to fix it. TOTALLY RECOMMEND

My experience was not the best. First this company appears to just hire subcontractors to do the work. The original subcontractor did not complete the job to my satisfaction. It then took the company an exorbitant amount of time to respond to complete the work to my satisfaction. The second subcontractor was much better and the quality of work was far better than the first. Then my credit card was used the same day it was provided to this company. The charges were greater the $2000

on the first day, when the agent came to give me the estimate for outside paint job, he told me that one of trim in the front of the house needs to be replaced and he encouraged me to do so. I agreed and he charged me for that, but they just replace a part of it. On the first day when they start the project, the supervisor told me that the front door painting, was not included, but after he talked to the agent, he agreed to paint it. it was a complete hassle for me.

Nelson was meticulous in his work and did a beautiful job. He took time to explain things and to ensure he minimized the holes and damage to the walls. I will definitely hire him again. He's a very nice guy too.
