Showed up on time, did the job, everything looks good.

Reasonable pricing. Flexible management. Had to ask workers to clean up but other than that, great service.

Had a few quality issues but they corrected them quickly.

I had some issues with the exterior work done. Their workers spoke very little English, which made communicating work concerns challenging. They did have a painter return to the house to fix deficiencies and attempted to resolve the poor work but in the end I was still disappointed. They did reduce the final payment which was conciliatory at best.

A nightmare. We contracted for 5-6 painters, 3-4 days to remove wallpaper, sand repair, paint, we had 1 male and 2 young females (all 3 spoke NO English) no overseer on site... so we were unable to communicate. Water ran down walls into uncovered light switch boxes... this cut the circuit breaker for quite a while... needed an electrician help... we had to use hairdryer to dry these boxes.... Girls flushed wallpaper scraps into MBR toilet, it overflowed... we cleaned this up. Washed equipment in MBR bath marble sinks... we cleaned up. MBR was left with splotches of rough patches looking like a child painted it. Only the 2 girls showed on last day... and painting was not acceptable. They painted tops of our white **floor molding blue** By calling Visa to set a dispute action, this company returned and finished the job (only after saying we would have to pay for repainting the bad wall) No way! Foreman and a VG painter finished the job repainting the moldings (they did go to SW to get paint to match moldings)... moved furniture back. Very little cleaning was done. We did 90% I will say the overseer (Cody) tried to be responsive and helpful, but he was not the Boss! No response from their salesman or the company owners when we sent our list of complaints. Do not hire Five-Star Painting of Springfield!

Timely. They were there when they said they would be. Good quality work at a fair price. Would for sure use them again.

HomeAdvisor will not allow me to paste my review I wrote earlier, so I ll be brief - five Star name, one star service, extremely not worth the price and headache. Nightmare experience. Poor quality of labor, workers were late 100% of the time (an hour or more, always blaming traffic), poor follow up, customer service and reconciliation from management/supervisors. I also have several pictures documenting the poor work.

I hired Five Star to do some exterior painting on my house. They came out to my house for a free estimate the next day after I contacted them and had a quote within an hour. Work was done less than two weeks later at a very reasonable price and I couldn't be happier. Chris was my painter and did a great job removing the old flaking paint from my doorway as well as some minor repairs where holes existed. The whole staff was friendly and professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again.

Excellent service. Completed painting three floor townhouse in two days, all walls, two tone in dining and hall, and one ceiling repair and paint. Great supervision. Very few corrections needed, all handled expeditiously.

Very professional, punctual, thorough...would definitely use this company again.
