Amazing team, dedicated staff, professional results! Gordon came out to do the initial quote and inspection for my large wrap around deck and retaining wall. He was extremely meticulous in addressing all my concerns including doing additional research on which type of paint would be most suitable for my exotic hardwood deck. I received the quote on the spot, with a 10% discount. Out of the 6 contractors, they were the only ones to deliver an estimate so quickly. Kat George the project manager handled the process smoothly and efficiently. They were on time, completed the job in one day, which exceeded my expectations, and called to ensure that I had a chance to do a final walk through and was satisfied with the quality of work. Overall, the results spoke for themselves and the price point was reasonable, I would definitely use this crew again!

The 5 Star Project Manager and the entire work team went above and beyond to meet my expectations. There were 2 challenging ceilings requiring notable mud & sanding work - when both were complete, they each appeared to be brand new ceilings! The work team was respectful not only of how I preferred certain areas and tasks in those areas to be performed, they always conducted themselves in a manner that conveyed their respect for another person's home. As the project unfolded, some changes were readily agreed to by the Project Manager and appropriately priced. The post-job "walk around" generated some needed touch-ups, which the work team promptly and without discussion addressed.

Five Star Painting was simply amazing! I had just moved into my new condo and needed a quick turnaround on getting it painted. Gordon was able to analyze each room with such detail and even made recommendations on what should have been done. I was able to get the quote and to my amazement, they were able to schedule me for the paint job the very next day! Kat, was an absolute angel! She was extremely accommodating and made me feel comfortable. She walked me through everything and was clear, concise and detailed on all of the details of the work that was done. I would highly, highly recommend them again.

I would highly recommend, they did a phenomenal job, they stuck to the written quote, the project manager is so organized to the point you don't have to worry about hidden fees and issues. Their price was reasonable and they gave me a breakdown and explained everything and told me how long it would take. They had everything done in a reasonable time frame and it was done right the first time they came out. They are the best!

There was miscommunication between Gordon and us. When caulking (removal of old caulk and caulking) we didn't ask enough questions and were discouraged that we will have to go over and caulk areas. There was also miscommunication about the power washing of the railing of the deck. We thought it included the upper part of the deck. It was not done.

Gets the job done on time like stated in the contract. Does an outstanding job cleaning up after themselves when the job is complete.

Gordon was very professional and thorough in his walk-thru and estimate. Very detailed. The price was about what I expected for exterior power wash; deck power wash; replacing rotted wood with PVC; and trim paint on a 4-story townhouse. All repairs and painting were done in 1 day, and the job site was cleaned up before they left.
