Elite Locksmiths, LLC called & explained the process he would do to open my HON 2 drawer file cabinet. I agreed, we set an appointment time; he arrived promptly- and was able to pick the lock in less than 32 minutes. I was amazed! Rather than drill the lock out, & replace the lock which would have more expensive. The price was VERY reasonable, and included his travel. Abdul came out on a Sunday with a day and a half notice. He took care of my locks quickly and was professional and friendly!

Abdul had to order part for my door but it came in very quickly and was installed within days of him ordering it. It took him less than 30 minutes to install and we were set! I would definitely hire him again, no question!

Abdul came out and helped me in an emergency situation and he was very professional and walked me through the process as he worked. He explained the lock process and even fixed and replaced a lock and fixed the part on the door that had been non-functioning for 3 years. He knew immediately what the problem was.
