The project was well done. Beacon Electric technician was highly competent and thorough. He identified the problem and completed the work to my satisfaction.

Milton and team showed up on time, assessed the situation quickly and provided me with several options to replace my home electrical power panel. They were professional and did great work. Katie at customer service was outstanding and helped me navigation the process and followed up with scheduling the Fairfax, VA electrical inspector and follow on Dominion work required on the outside of my home. Jimmy was on time and solved a complicated problem where I had a series of switches not working and power feeding back through the light fixtures. After doing all the wire tracing and re-arranging connections, everything works as it should. Overall a great job, a little on the pricey side but everything now functions as it should.

Jimmy Page did a fantastic job! Luckily, he was able to come out to the house on short notice and give us a quote, which was A LOT less than other companies we contacted. We recently purchased a new home and wanted to replace all the plugs and faceplates, and upgrade the electrical panel and Jimmy gave us 3 pricing options. He was on-time, polite, courteous, and explained the different pricing options. We plan on renovating the kitchen in the near future and will definitely call on Jimmy to come back to install recessed lighting.

They were very friendly and listened to the consumers about what they were concerned about and followed what they had said.

This was extremely overpriced - regret paying.

No wow factor for the cost. It took weeks to get the lights to work, the cables are exposed and the cost did not align with the standard of work. The owner did try to rectify the problems and refunded a portion of my cost but the wow factor is absent from the costly project.

I highly recommend Beacon: A great experience from beginning to end! After a frustrating experience with another firm that took more than 2 weeks just to get me an estimate, I found Beacon through Home Advisor. They called me immediately, came to my house the next day and, not only did they give me a quote while on site, it was far lower than the other firm, and they were able to complete the work immediately - meaning, that same morning. By noon it was all done - estimate and completion of the job. Highly recommend Beacon and would definitely use again!
