We didn't have him repair the issue (we have to get the shower redone, which will be a job for later), but it was a reasonable cost to find the exact cause of the problem.

The response time was fast. The scheduler reaches out on the day of the appointment to let you know what specific expert technician will be arriving. When onsite, they have all the tools/parts needed to accomplish the job. The technician will explain what they will be doing and clarify if anything is not understood. Quality work.

Beacon knows what they are doing! Amy worked with us to get the tech here when we needed and told him what our issues were before he arrived. David addressed our hot water heater issues and gave us other awesome advice. He presented solutions to us in non-technical terms we could understand, and finished the needed work quickly. The team is very efficient and effective! This is who we call when we need plumbing and electrical work done right!

Michelle and Will were very helpful, in different ways. Will is technically trained and also pleasant. He explains what needs to be done, is helpful and pleasant, and it was a pleasure to have such a knowledgeable person handle preventive maintenance on the electrical panel. Since the panel in my condo is now 50 years old I wanted to assure myself it was safe and in good order. Will advised me to also add surge protection, a worthwhile addition. Michelle kept in touch as we coordinated with my condo association about gaining permission for this work. Her friendly and competent manner was welcome and helpful. I'm glad to recommend Beacon Home Services to anyone who needs electrical work.

Michele helped us schedule, very professional. David did the work. He had to check everything with a video camera because the bathroom plumbing had been changed in the past. This was an upcharge, but since he and the equipment was there, he fully checked all the way to the city sewer. Great peace of mind. Everything is like new.

Iâ ve been Beacon Electric/Plumbing ever since I bought my house in 2020. Amy, Michelle and Rony are great to work with. Today I had an outdoor gfci outlet installed by Rony. Amy kept me apprised of Ronyâ s arrival via text. Rony did an outstanding job with the installation and Michelle followed up with a phone call.
