Everything seems to have been done extremely well. The guys doing the work are the ones who showed up (right on time) to do the quote. They gave me EIGHT different options for the work I was looking to have done. Understandably, they tried to get me to do more, since they were already there, but there was no pressure or expectation of me agreeing to some of the things I could very easily do myself. They also did not do the typical contractor thing of... "if you agree and sign now, you can get an extra 10% off.' They told me if I agreed now, I'd get priority scheduling. But they were out to do the work within, I believe, 2 days so I don't know how you get much more priority than that. They also did a "free" whole home electrical inspection where they checked all our outlets. Understand they were trying to find more work :) but it didn't cost me anything other than a little time and allowing them to walk around the house to check the outlets. The only issue I did had/have is that I haven't been able to schedule the inspection for the work and that is really mostly on me. I'm sure if I called, they'd help me get that scheduled. Just haven't gotten around to it. The Beacon team's communication was terrific. Workers showed up on time, worked hard and completed in the time (a little less) than they said. Regarding value: I did receive a quote for less from another electrician but the warranty wasn't really comparable to what Beacon offers. And, I also hired them at the same time to do the installation of a new tankless water heater. Since I hired them for both and had a quote for a little less, they worked with me on the price and brought the electrical work price down a bit, which I very much appreciated. They also did a great job on the water heater. They offer no interest for 12 months financing through GreenSky and I was able to combine the two jobs into one GreenSky account so another plus. Overall, this was the best contractor experience I've had in a VERY long time and will definitely reach out to them next time I need work done which they do.

Expensive. Electrician did not use enough electrical putty to cover holes.

Everything was done professional, timely, and methodically. Shared information on how everything works and what they were doing. I have many more projects in the works that I would 100% use them again here very soon!

Chris and his apprentice Christian were fantastic. Chris was very thorough and knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issue and offered 5 options to repair. Loved the service and would highly recommend!

We have worked with Beacon in the past. They were very responsive and scheduled us quickly this time for a GFCI outlet replacement in an outdoor window well sump pump before it rained again (Our basement had flooded with the previous rain.). Chris was on time, very professional and gave me an estimate with options. We decided on a cost effective option for us now along with some recommendations and estimates for some future work. They were very easy to work with and I would call them again. They waive the visit fee if you use them for the work and he gave us a military discount!

Mr. Friday arrived on time, in a company T-shirt with logo and photo ID in plain view, quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem. Professional and pleasant service and demeanor would definitely use Beacon Mr. Friday again!

The electrician who came out, Mr Friday, was very professional and thorough. He communicated what he was going to do and gave us options that let us see what we needed to do now and what it would cost to do the “nice to have” items. I would recommend Mr Friday to my family and friends.

The work done was expensive. The plumber was very knowledgeable, and worked quickly. The company was very easy to work with, responding quickly when I called to make an appointment.

Andre and David did great work on my project. I needed a ceiling fan and wall switch installed, but the project was a little tricky since my house is more than 60 years old. Beacon was available the same week that I called, and Andre and David found a possible fire hazard in the wall that had been left by a previous contractor and fixed it. The price was a little higher than I'd estimated, but I thought it was a very good value for the money. They were also very nice to my dog. I would definitely hire Beacon again for another electrical project.
