This was the best experience we have ever had with work done in our home! When we had our estimate with WISA, we talked to the owner, who is an accomplished builder (rather than a trained salesperson who has never even picked up a hammer in their lives). He addressed everything we asked for in the renovation from an experienced perspective. He accurately described exactly what he would do to complete what we asked for, even offering ideas on how to best do technical challenges. And he really knew what he was talking about from products, to installation, to style. He promised us right from the start that his bid price would be firm, regardless of what other problems he might encounter in the remodel. And he is a man of his word: the highest level of honesty, integrity and professionalism. Everything was included in his bid, and his bid was thousands of dollars lower than two other bids we received from much larger companies. He started the work on exactly the date we requested, his workers showing up on time and carefully covering everything to prevent collateral damage. They worked quickly and professionally, welcoming our looking in on their progress, and even pausing in some areas to consult with us to be sure they were going to do exactly what we wanted. And when we did not know exactly what we wanted, they even offered suggestions which were fantastic. And true to their word, every problem encountered was taken care of with outstanding results. And the owner is a hands on guy, checking the work multiple times a day and speaking with us regularly, keeping us up to date on the progress and what to expect next. Then, when the renovation was completed, the owner even sent in a cleaning team (no extra charge) to clean the entire house because there "might" have been some dust from the work. I do not know how there could have been, the workmen were unbelievably clean and neat with everything they did, but the full house cleaning was more than welcomed. If you wonder why I give WISA an A rating it is only because there is no rating higher, and because this entire experience was better than great. We are absolutely pleased and satisfied with every aspect of the work. We laugh when we tell our neighbors about the experience when we say "we hired a contractor, but we finished with a good friend." And truly, even now that we are finished with the project, we consider both Daoud (the owner) and Nelson (the best tile and installation guy ever) to be our friends. We know there are nightmares in remodeling out there, but this was not one of them. We strongly recommend WISA for a great product, dependable service and the best experience imaginable!

WISA Solutions staff arrived on time and performed quality work in a professional manner. Highly reliable. As a result, I added bathroom improvement and wall painting projects, which WISA Solutions staff performed equally well.

We were extremely pleased with all of the work. David's tile work was a master piece. He is a real craftsman! Eduardo's carpentry work to level and install the vanities was superb. They effectively dealt with a floor that wasn't level and walls that weren't square to ensure a level base for the one piece granite top that was 112 inches wide. Moustaffa expertly did all the electrical and plumbing work. Francisco did an outstanding job repairing dry wall cracks and painting the master bathroom and adjacent sitting room. The WISA crew arrived on time and minimized disruption to our schedules. Everyday they placed protective cloths from the front door to the upstairs master bath room and removed them each night. They kept dirt and dust to an absolute minimum.Trash was hauled away each day. Every member of the crew was a real professional -- polite, responsive to questions, and cared about their craft. WISA worked closely with us during the design phase ensuring that we had choices of the various materials. They helped us find a tall linen cabinet that matched the vanities. Waris answered all of our questions and was extremely good about keeping in touch via emails. WISA (Faouzi) worked to obtain all the required Prince William county permits and ensured we passed all inspections. This is a complicated but necessary process. Daoud showed up each day to supervise his crew and answer any questions we had. When the work was completed, WISA sent a woman to clean the entire home. She did a superb job. Mawdood took before and after pictures which should be available on Facebook for potential customers to view. The overall price for this project was reasonable and within the budget we established. We had looked at several other contractors on Angie's list before choosing WISA based on their reputation and willingness to work closely with us during the design phase. They gave us a reference in our neighborhood and we had a chance to see a bathroom remodel they had recently completed. Without hesitation, we would highly recommend WISA to our friends and neighbors.

Wisa solutions installed a beautiful paver patio in my backyard and a pergola. They showed up on time and finished the job ahead of schedule. Daoud would come and check the job everyday to make sure I was happy. I changed a few things mid way and they adjusted with no complaint and no additional cost. I am very happy with the service and very happy to be enjoying my backyard.

After the appointment, even though I followed up twice with Pam, the designer, I never received an estimate from WISA Solutions. Both times I followed up she said she'd get back to me with an estimate, but never did. Since my appointment with WISA Solutions, I've had a few other contractors come to provide estimates. The other contractors were much more professional with their approach - asking lots of questions to understand what I wanted as a client, and explaining what could work well, and what may not work. I would not recommend having WISA come to give an estimate for any project based on my experience with them.

This is a follow up to my review on 9/14/2015 (please see that review for a more complete description of the work). We have completed the job, and if possible, I am even more pleased that at the halfway through point. The flooring has now been finished and the front door replaced. The final product is stunning, simply beautiful, and the craftsmanship is superior. As with any remodeling-type job, there were small nicks, scratches, etc. Everything was cleaned, repainted, and truly in better shape than when they started. The townhouses in my area are all a little "quirky," so the front door frame on the house was not level, they guys actually did work to the frame of the house to level the entry way threshold so they could put in the door frame and ensure it was level. The attention to detail has been superb, and every expectation has been met and exceeded. Daoud, the owner, continued to show up at the house daily and/or call me personally to review the status. The project ended up taking about two days longer than I anticipated, but that was because the guys were so careful to ensure that everything was in right and looked good. They repaired a few things that simply needed to be done to have it be right, not because they were in the scope of the work. I have, without hesitation, passed WISA's contact info on to neighbors, who have also contacted WISA - and I won't hesitate to do so in the future. I will definitely call Daoud, Waris, and the rest of the crew for any future projects. I would describe this company, it's owner, and it's team as honest, professionally, truly dedicated to their profession, ethical, and simply quite lovely people and easy to deal with. I felt their prices were excellent, not simply fair, and the work was superior. Thank you for everything, it has been a pleasure working with you!

We're about half-way through this job, but I wanted to get a review in and will add to it once the job is complete. From my first inquiry to the ongoing work, this has been the most positive and professional experience. After having met with, or attempting to meet with, numerous contractors following a leak this summer that led to extensive water damage to my entry door and hardwood floors, Daoud and his son Waris were a breath of fresh air. They responded promptly to my inquiries, showed up at the agreed upon time to discuss the project, estimates were timely ... and at the very beginning, before we ever agreed to anything, Daoud sent his guys out to temporarily path the leak around my door, thereby mitigating any further damage. I could not ask for better communication throughout the process - even now, Daoud stops by my house multiple times a day to check in on the progress and either stops by at the end of the day or gives me a call to provide an update and make sure I am pleased with everything. This was a lengthy process, in part due to having to work with an insurance company and in part because I asked never-ending questions. They helped me work with my insurance company, provided clear and honest estimates, worked with me to find the materials that I wanted, and were ever so patient. Since this job has started I have been utterly impressed with the crew Daoud has had at my house. The guys hand-sanded three levels of railings and a fireplace mantel, they have primed it, and are in process of putting on two coats of paint. Their attention to detail has been impressive. More impressive has been thoroughness with which they have cleaned up each day. Despite having sanded three floors of railings and the mantle, there has not been an dust in the house at the end of the day. They have picked up the drop cloths and placed their materials in a corner out of way - making it possible to live within the space during the project. When starting work to repaint the bay window, they discovered wood rot. Daoud brought it to my attention, showed me the damage, and we discussed strategies for repairing it. He was upfront about the (minor) additional costs and made sure to show me the extent of the damage. I will update this when the project is complete, but I cannot recommend WISA strongly enough. Their professionalism, ethical approach to business, kindness, and customer service is unparalleled.

The owner came out himself to give us the estimate. He is very nice and made sure I understood the estimate and their scope of work. The stairway ended up being a little bit more difficult than anticipated because the treads were apparently glued on instead of nailed. It took longer to remove the old stuff than expected. They pre-stained the treads so we would not have to wait to walk on them. Eduardo made sure everything was level before installing anything - including the pickets. He also helped me out with a small project that I had been putting off due to not having the right tools. It only took 5 min of his time, but it was nice of him to help me. The Carpenter, Eduardo, was very meticulous with edges and the overall appearance of his work. I've requested him for future jobs. He did awesome work - as did the painter who finished up the stairway after the carpentry work was done. We are very very pleased with the outcome.

The kitchen came out beautifully. Stuck to the time frame indicated (a few delays that were material related, and had nothing to do with the contractor). Workers were respectful of the home and had drop cloths, etc down to prevent dirt and dust getting all over the rest of the house. Waris is extremely responsive. Emails usually returned within a few hours. They always kept us informed of what was going on. Every person who has seen our kitchen has loved it.

It went great. We asked WISA to design a front porch addition to our somewhat plain little rambler. We were admittedly not very specific on details but WISA's initial plan hit the mark and went beyond anything we could have imagined in terms of design and form. The front of our house has been completely transformed. The quality of WISA's work is exceptional. During the course of the project we discovered that our sewer line was cracked and WISA immediately fixed that as well. WISA's owner, Daoud, and our project manager Faouzi were on site every day and were always available after hours to address concerns or questions. We weren't expecting it but Daoud replaced our front walk as part of the project so we really have a whole new look out front. We recommend WISA highly.

I got 6 different bathroom renovation estimates and WISA was one of the most affordable. That was not the only reason why I chose WISA. I chose them because they truly understood what I wanted and also had great ideas to make my bathroom even better then what I had imagined while keeping in mind my budget. From the free consultation to the very end of the project, Daoud and his team were very impressive. His team was very prompt every day. They were always on time, always very clean and respectful of my house. They literally covered the entire living room furniture, walls, and floor with protective plastic covering to protect my furniture while they worked. My house appeared to be cleaner when they wrapped up each day. Any additional work that needed to be done to the bathroom that was not captured in the estimate but needed to be done so that they could provide the best end product they completed at no additional cost. All of my questions were addressed immediately. WISA even finished on time as promised and on budget!! The team at WISA are a truly professional talent and I will most definitely use them again for future projects!!

Four companies came to my home giving me suggestions and bids for my remolding projects. The WISA bid was very competitive and after meeting with Daoud, the owner, and his son, Waris, in their showroom, we signed the contract. We selected them for several reasons, each factor was equally important to me, price, work ethic, skill and the fact that I would be assigned a dedicated work crew and project manager, Faouzi, for my project. Four years ago I had my kitchen and another bath remolded by two well known companies and learned a great deal from those projects. Those companies delayed my start time by months and constantly pulled the work crew. This time I was determined to find the best company to work on my projects and I found the best company - WISA. They are an amazing company. Prior to the start of the project I worked with Waris to select materials and accessories. Waris is a dedicated, honest and caring professional who attends to every detail and answers every email within 24 hours, if not sooner. It was a joy to work with Waris, he always put the customer first. The work crew assigned to my project, Nelson and Carlos were incredibly skilled, master workers. They started and arrived on time every day and when needed, they worked on the weekend, with our approval. They kept me apprised of the progress of the project and discussed unexpected issues. They had creative suggestions and ideas we discussed as the work progressed. I met with Daoud if we needed to make any major changes, he couldn't have been more supportive and knowledgeable. Daoud is committed to providing the best customer service they can provide and he takes great pride in his company and the quality of work provided. He is an extremely honest, caring and competent owner. My projects were completed in three weeks and this included cutting through concrete to move a toilet and vanity. At the end of everyday they cleaned up the area and discussed the plan for the next day. Honestly, I didn't think companies like WISA existed anymore. I've already scheduled other work with them; they are a full service company and can do anything you can imagine. I highly recommend them without hesitation. Several neighbors have already decided to remodel their bathrooms. Thank you Daoud, Waris, Faouzi, Nelson and Carlos. You made my dreams come true, my bathrooms are spectacular.

I've been real pleased with what they did for us. I've used them before. They've put a kitchen floor in and hardwood floors also. They do high quality work and are very responsive. They gave me a very competitive price.

I started the process in June and obtained bids from a few companies, including WISA for my kitchen remodel project. Overall, after the bids came in and after meeting with all of the companies, I felt most comfortable with WISA. They took the time to provide a 3D image of what my kitchen remodel would look like and after my initial review, I decided to make changes, which WISA did and worked with me to pick out the best layout for my kitchen. The project started about a week late due to an issue with cabinet color (the cabinets that were shipped were black, but I had ordered white). As soon as they noticed the issue with the cabinets, WISA called me and provided me a few options regarding the situations and I took the option that would cause only a one week delay instead of a two week delay. Throughout the process, WISA was always working with me and was in communication with me so I knew what was going on. Things went pretty smooth with the project overall; however, the countertop the was originally ordered was incorrect. Once I communicated that with Waris from WISA, he immediately went back to the warehouse to look at the contract and the picture of the countertop I had wanted. Waris did indicate that the incorrect countertop was ordered and that he would work with me to make sure everything was correct. Waris provided me options to utilize the same countertop and have a different backsplash or they would order the new countertop. Waris even brought the backsplash samples to my place for me to compare with the countertop. In the end, I had WISA did order the new countertop after determining the original design would look the best. WISA didn't charge me any extra for the errors and was definitely professional with their communication and willingness to work with me. Waris and his team did an awesome job on my kitchen and I am very happy with how everything turned out. I would definitely recommend working with Waris, Dauod (the project manager) and their team.

We had several walk throughs and bids from many contractors but we felt comfortable with WISA the most. We loved the fact that they can literally do anything and offer everything under one roof. They also have an amazing showroom which showcases all of their products and services. Everything we wanted in our house, their showroom had. WISA handled everything from the design to the project management to the remodel. WISA added over 800 sqft to our home with 2 new bedrooms and bathrooms. WISA also found siding that matched our existing siding since it was fairly new and in good shape which helped us save a TON of money. They replaced our entire roof with new shingles. WISA also did all of the finishing from the flooring to the walls to the ceiling. They also did various handyman jobs around the house. Their contractors were all in house so they were very professional and prompt when we had any issues or questions. They also had great craftsmanship. I have already recommended WISA to my coworkers and I definitely plan to use them in the future.

Daoud and his team provided excellent service and the overall quality and professionalism of his team was top notch. The workers arrived on time each day. The electrician Alex was such a hard worker; installing all those recess lighting and ceiling fans. The job/projects took a total of 3 days because we have a lot of lighting added. My husband and I found Daoud to be very honest and easy to work he also stop by the house a few time just to make sure everything was going as discussed. Lastly, we would like to say thanks for such a great experience and we will be contacting WISA Solution again for other projects and telling all our family and friends about WISA. We had a pipe break in a wall which necessitated dry wall and floor repair and instead of just fixing it we decided to upgrade the basement a bit. Daoud came to our house to see the room, give ideas and an estimate. Then we met at his showroom to select flooring and talk about other options. At this time, he also did a blue print of a custom build wine rack and some cabinetry for us which we loved and may do at a later date. Actual work done was: a pipe insulated, dry wall repaired, carpet removed, laminate flooring installed, baseboard repaired, crown molding installed, a vent moved to accommodate for the molding, recessed lights installed, a ceiling fan installed and the room and moldings painted. The work was incredibly professional, from our first meeting with Daoud to every person that came to perform work, from the dry wall guys to the electrician to the painters, everyone was polite and professional. The work was delivered on time and on budget. Daoud also noticed that we had a smoke detector missing and had his electrician replace all the smoke detectors (which we purchased) in the house free of charge. I was also in need of a person to service a dryer vent at the same time and he provided me with another completely reliable colleague. We are so pleased with the results and will use Daoud for any other home renovations we do in the future.

Waris's and the team were professional and extremely helpful from the start. They were prompt when arriving for an estimate and helpful in the suggestions of the design. We picked out the tile, fixtures and design at their showroom where they were patient with all our questions. We could not have asked for a more polite, thoughtful, timely team of workers. They cleaned up every day and arrived and left on time. The quality of work was outstanding and every part of the renovation was done in a professional manner. Waris checked with us often that we were satisfied with everything. He communicated by email which was our preference and was very responsive. When a miscommunication regarding a design issue occurred, we could not have asked for a better resolution that he offered. The bathrooms are beautiful and I LOVE using both. The tile design of the showers and the floors, along with the vanity and fixture designs, make these 2 bathrooms outstanding and we loved working with Waris and his team. We will definitely work with WISA for any other home work needs that we have. Highly recommend them!

This is not the first time I've worked with WISA and it won't be the last! I've used Daoud and his team for repairs when selling my townhome and now I'm happy to have them doing work as we make our new home our own. Daoud came out to give us a quote and his guys got started on the work promptly. We have always felt comfortable having WISA and their team in our home when we aren't present. It was so nice to leave to go out of town and come back and have all of our jobs completed! The 4 new ceiling fans are perfect and the team took their time to pull the wires through to avoid cuting drywall. The job of increasing one of our outlets to be on a 220 dedicated circuit turned out to be a big project and the team was there well into the night to finish the job before we returned from out of town. Daoud always follows up on the jobs and we have always been satisfied. I learned about Daoud from my realtor and feel fortunate to have a contractor I can trust as we take on more projects in our home over time. I've recommended WISA to several friends and will continue to do so!

The provider was very friendly and came to the location at a time that was convenient for me to provide me with an estimate. He brought samples and helped me to decide the most economical option based on my needs. Since I planned to rent out the property, I wanted a sturdy carpet that would not cost a lot of money. When it was time to install, the workers showed up on time and completed the job in a very reasonable time, all in one day. They were quick, efficient and performed a very clean job. They picked up all the trash and disposed of it accordingly. Overall, I am very satisfied with this provider and have used them for other jobs. I would recommend anyone looking for any household improvement needs to contact WISA Solutions!
