Zeinoun Kitchen & Bath Renovation

Tony built out our kitchen a year ago, and we continue to be so pleased with the end result. It's a beautiful space, well designed, and there's nothing we would change about it.

We hired Tony to complete the renovation of our powder room. I had removed the old fixtures and tile but I needed someone to install new floor tile, fix the drywall, add baseboard trim and install a new vanity, faucet and toilet. Tony quickly responded to my request for an estimate and the next day, Friday, he was at the house to assess the work. By Monday, he was starting the work and was done by the end of the week. Through the whole process, he responded right away to any questions that we had via email or phone. He worked on the job without delay and the end product is beautiful.

We could not have been luckier by choosing Tony. To begin with, Tony helped us with the design, budget, and choice of vendors. He listened carefully and asked questions that helped us examine and do our research on details of the project we had not considered or did not know about, being this the 1st major project in updating our 23 year home we bought new. He worked with us in bringing our vision to reality and gave us feedback to refine the concept and details. Once we finally committed to the plan, he prepared for us guidelines to stay within our budget on every item we had to purchase and once we had made our choices, he placed all the orders for us, and made sure that we were on track placing the orders for the minor details like the lamps and the pulls for the kitchen cabinets. The logistical execution was simply incredible. He placed all the orders in perfect timing, obtained all the permits, estimating to perfection what each major item would take to arrive, so the installation would proceed in sequence without wasting time. He was at our doorstep early every single morning waiting for us to let him in and begin working and every evening he left after cleaning and putting away all tools and supplies to establish order. To say the upgrade was "major surgery" on our house is putting it mildly. We took out an entire adjacent pantry room that had been poorly utilized, removed 2 walls and took down another 1/2 wall to make our entire first floor one continuous, opened bright space, that lets the outdoor forest view in. Our the kitchen is now 25% larger and the entire house feels 50% more spacious with simple, modern, clean design. When we finished we felt we had just bought a new house and Tony executed it all in 3.5 weeks!!! He was flexible implementing last minute details to harmonize the rest of the "older" space with the new and was more than willing to make last minute adjustments. He is respectful, considerate and thoughtful, a true professional in his field. We have other projects in mind, like updating our bathrooms, and of course, we will be partnering up again with Tony to complete the dream we have for our house. Angela and Roderic Mast

Having Tony work on our house was the best experience in home improvement that we have had. We are thrilled with the design and quality of the work. Tony was incredibly thoughtful in his communication. We were engaged at every step in the process. This allowed the project to come in on time and at budget. Tony did a wonderful job in minimizing disruptions during the work. This was so helpful given the fact that we have a four year old and an infant in the house. I also want to stress how straightforward Tony is about pricing and the drivers of costs with the project. We had frank conversations about materials and how they would impact time and cost. This allowed us to make thoughtful decisions which resulted in a great bathrooms within our budget. Also, Tony does a great job of managing subcontractors who were equally thoughtful and considerate while they were working in our house. We will be hiring Tony again within the next year to redesign our third bathroom and guest room.

I don't think you can ever find a more reliable contractor who will do better work than Tony Zeuinoun. I have used many contractors over the past 25 years and have been disappointed in many. As we all know, if you can find someone you can truly trust they are worth their weight in gold. Some of the traits I appreciate about Tony the most is that he does not begin a job until he is able to dedicate 100% of his time to your house. This means he is there every day, all day so the job gets done quickly. He completely gutted and rebuilt out kitchen in 2 weeks. Sound impossible - well his secret is he waits until all products are in so you don't have huge wait times between demo and reconstruction. He takes so much pride in his work that everything is done right the first time. However, if you need anything adjusted he is only a phone call away. Two years after he remodeled our kitchen we wanted to buy a larger size fridge. He came in and shifted the cabinets and resized the granite for a very small fee to ensure we got what we needed. Knowing it would be a close call, he was there on the day of delivery to help reshape anything that was required. When he brings others in to work with him, he oversees all the work to a professional quality. I strongly recommend him as he is the only person we use for repairs at our home.
