D & B Hauling & Moving

I found D&B on Angie's list yesterday morning (5/7/14) I gave the number a call and talked to Buzz who asked me what kind of stuff needed to be removed. After talking to him, he was able to schedule a time the next day 5/8/14 which is what I was hoping for. He showed up on time with two crew members and in less than an hour they were able to clear a ton of junk that had been sitting for a couple of years. He finished up and I paid the man! I run a rental property and tenants always leave junk behind. I have used multiple other junk haulers in the past, but I don't think I'll ever use another company again. They were fast, careful, and the most affordable haulers I've ever used.

Buzz and his team (3 people total) did a stellar job of clearing construction debris from my condo. They showed up on time, worked fast, got every piece if debris, and were super careful when carrying objects around doorways or thresholds. I would hire Buzz and his team back in a minute!

I contacted D&B for a hauling job. I spoke with Buzz, who was friendly and courteous. I did not use his services since I received help from friends.

We were very pleased with D&B hauling. I telephoned them, described what we needed, and Buzz was able to come out that same day! He and Victor, his helper, moved a large rather unwieldy television set from our basement along with another TV; In addition they moved a heavy 5 gallon container we no longer needed as well as a Walk-Fit non-electric treadmill. They did everything cheerfully and efficiently. The next time we need junk hauling I will definitely call D&B. I think this is an honest and reliable company.

Called in the morning and got an appointment for the afternoon. Buzz showed up on time and offered a reasonable price for the removal. i-2-3 and they were out of here. Polite, economical and expeditious.

I called Buzz at 9 AM and the freezer was gone by 1 PM the same day. He was friendly, professional, and efficient. There's no doubt that I would use this company again if the need arose.

I called Friday afternoon and D&B removed the rugs on Saturday morning. Prompt service!

Fantastic experience. Buzz actually answers the phone - provided an estimate on the phone - scheduled the pickup for the next day since I was in the area he was already planning to be in. They were on time - remained very close to their original estimate (I had added on a few items after they got here - with only a minor additional charge) - and they were in and out without any fuss. Way cheaper than scheduling a special pickup with our trash service - and I didn't have to haul everything to the curb. I will definitely be calling them again.

Buzz is wonderful to work with. We were moving and I was running short on time. Buzz came over on the day we scheduled. Right on time. When I called Buzz it was only for one tv. While moving there were some things that did not fit on the moving truck so we asked him if he could take them and he did. Very nice gentleman and his helper was very nice. I would definitely use Buzz for your removal needs.

Buzz and his crew showed up punctually at the time we had arranged. They removed our big heavy old tube TV. It was a very pleasant experience. We will call Buzz again when we need help getting some big out of the house.

it went well. he gave a fixed price right over the phone. he removed it the same day he said it would and it was cheaper than using my existing trash company which would have charged more and would have picked it up after 1 week. someone living up to what they say they will charge and doing it when they say they will leads to a satisfied customer and i will definitely call him first next time i need something hauled away.

Buzz and his crew were punctual and disposed of my hot tub faster than I could have imagined. The price was incredibly fair. Highly recommended!

I had a really simple job--a large heavy TV and a double bed (mattess, box springs, frame). I called two of the "junk" companies and they wanted to make it really complicated. Load minimums or the person who answered the phone couldn't tell me anything, I had to wait for a return call for an estimate. I called D&B last. Buzz answered the phone (amazing). I told him what I had, he told me how much, and gave me a Angie's List $25 discount,. We set up a time for that next Saturday. They were running about 15 minutes late, but he called and kept me in the loop. They arrived, were polite and personable, took the stuff away, I gave him a check, done! I'd use him again and I'd recommend that you do the same.

I called them once and Buzz called right back. We scheduled the work 1 week in advance. He and a couple men came when they said they would and moved things away quickly. Very professional, friendly, and a fair price.

I found this company to be very reliable. They called when they said they would & they also arrived on schedule. They cut the hot tub in 4 sections & removed it faster than anticipated. I had gotten 4 other estimates & theirs was the best. Very professional & I would definitely use them again.

I had a desk, mattress, box spring, metal frame, and sleeper sofa that I needed removed and Buzz did an excellent job helping me out. I called him on a Wednesday and he informed me that he doesn't get out to my area often, but will be able to make it that Sunday. The fact that he didn't get to Maryland often was odd because my apt is listed within his area of service. He gave me an estimate that was well below other places that I called, only the removal of the sleeper sofa was an extra $30. I told him not to worry about the cost, it was still around $70 less than other places. My appt was at 11 am and I received a call from Buzz at 10:58 am that he was a block away. Awesome punctuality! He had a worker with him and they removed all of my junk in about 20 minutes. I appreciated them so much more because they were non-judgmental. It was like they were sent to do a job and they did it. I would hire again and totally recommend him.

Excellent job from start to finish.

Very responsive when I called. Set up an appointment and arrived on time. He called that day to say he was running late, but that was no problem and they arrived as rescheduled. They worked quickly to load up all the stuff. If there were a grade higher than A on Angie's list, I would give it to Buzz Bastable. Highly recommended because he is reliable and has very reasonable rates, plus Angie's List coupon.

Tekephone quote could have been more precise; was asked about volume of materials to haul but less details on distance of haul. That said, final price was fair and work was done well and efficiently.

Highly recommend! Most other places had a minimum charge; D&B did not have a minimum charge, and gave me a price without me having to try to figure out how much space it would take up in the truck. Plus I called several places and had to leave messages but got right through to Buzz at D&B. He was completely flexible with the pick up, and also gave a discount when he found out I found him through Angie's list (even though the amount was less than $100). Would definitely use him again if we need anything hauled away in the future. Refreshing to have such great service at a great price with good communication throughout!

The vendor came in on time and picked up items and left. They were good in their in communication and overall quality of their work was good.

It went extremely well. Mr. Bastable & his helpers worked very efficiently and left the yard very clean.
