Everything went very smoothly. I had asked to have the job done on a Saturday; and, I was the third person scheduled. Buzz kept me informed that morning as to when to expect the guys. That was greatly appreciated.

Buzz is very responsive ad appointment set up the day after contact to remove a Hot Tub. Victor and his helper did a great job. Price is reasonable. Buzz called to notify me when he realized the team would be 15 minute late due to need to change truck. Very professional.

It went very well, the two men who did the job were very kind and professional. They went out of their way to be accommodating. They even swept the inside of the storage unit so I could turn it in. However, the nicest thing they did was put about 10 containers in their truck that I was keeping to bring back to my house so I would not have to make a second trip back to the storage unit. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone.

I called the night before and scheduled an appointment for the next day. They arrived 15 minutes early, quoted me a reasonable price, and then went to work. It was a friendly, fast, and efficient experience.

Buzz quoted a reasonable rate, then it was discounted with a $25 Angie's List Customer coupon (sweet). Needed same day service and that didn't seem to be any problem. The crew (Victor and a helper) came later in the afternoon, after completing their scheduled job for that day. Very easy to work with, polite, friendly, punctual, and really hard working. Buzz from D&B quickly returned my inquiry. We discussed at length what I needed done. He was patient and asked relevant questions to understand the job. The next day he called back to explain he visited Lowe's to see lava rocks, and determine how to best calculate costs of the job which would require removal by hand and using a wheelbarrow to transfer the rocks to a truck. The distance was about 100-200 ft. He carefully explained what would be needed and how he arrived at his estimate. We were putting the townhouse on the market so we decided not to remove the rock. Cost of removing and replacing the rock as suggested by the real estate agent exceeded the budget so we decided not remove the rock. Although we didn't use D&B Hauling and Moving for this project, if we need such services in the future we wouldn't hesitate to employ them. We highly recommend them.

They arrived promptly at the appointment time, provided an estimate, and removed the furniture items accordingly. Excellent service, professional, and efficient.

It was a pleasure working with Buzz and the two movers who came to my house. It was a VERY heavy piece of equipment and it was moved with care for both my house and the equipment. The movers were very low key, respectful and nice. (I need to add it was also an extremely HOT day which made it more challenging. There was one glitch because originally the movers were also going to haul the wood and packing materials away but their truck broke down. Because I had moved my rugs, and furniture in preparation for the elliptical, Buzz worked the situation so that the moving could go as planned and not be postponed. Before the movers left, they put the packing materials outside my garage and picked them all up the next day. I totallly recommend this moving company because they did a great job and were great to work with!

In every way, they performed flawlessly. They arrived when they said they would, they were friendly and conscientious, and they were less expensive than other options we explored. We would not hesitate to hire them again.

Buzz was awesome to deal with. I was expecting a new couch delivery at noon, and had a moment of panic when the Salvation Army refused to take a couch at 9:30 am because it was too stained. I called him with my very last minute removal request. He kept in touch to apprise me of who was coming to remove it and when. Within an hour and a half he had someone there. Yes, I had to pay extra, but that goes with the territory and I thought the rush price of $150 was more than fair. Would totally recommend this company.

All of the items that were removed were in good shape and currently being used such as glass-end bookcases and a dining room table. With a broken foot, I couldn't possibly move any of these items alone. Buzz and his crew offered to take all to Goodwill and gave me a receipt for tax purposes. I appreciated his quick response.

They were on-time and worked very efficiently. Brought a shopvac. Then even added on another job of shopvac'ing my basement outer stairwell, also covered in debris. I hired Buzz to give me the kick in the...to finally get the shed cleaned out. It worked! Lots more usable space, healthier to breathe if I have to go in there. Now I just have to make sure to maintain it. If only for the motivation to ...get 'er done...HIRE BUZZ!

Buzz was very professional and congenial to work with. He promptly called me after receiving notification that I was interedted in using his company. His two assistants worked hard and efficientlly. I would definately recommend them to anyone in need of hauling away junk items or moving furniture. A very pleasant experience.

We had wooden debris from our deck that was torn out as well as broken up pieces of concrete from a 3x5 slab. We had a problem with water getting into our basement from all the recent rain and the pile of concrete was not helping since it was sitting right by the window well. I found D and B and read all the great reviews and decided to call them. Needed the debris gone asap as we were expecting more rain. Buzz answered the phone right away and offered to come out the next day although we had to reschedule because his other appt ran over. I sent him pictures but he said he wanted to come out and look at the actual debris to be able to provide and accurate quote. I told him that I had a cheaper estimate and Buzz politely asked if they came out to physically inspect the debris and I told him that I just sent them pictures. He did say that they would likely change the price once they saw the real thing. He and two other gentlemen came the very next day and even though his price was a bit higher that what another company had estimated, we decided to use his services because they were able to get it done right at that moment. He was very personable and his men worked very quickly. I will use their services again. I highly recommend them!!!

The job went extremely well. Other places I had called on Angies List were either overpriced or not really interested. Buzz is fantastic. He arrived on time and got to work removing bags, boxes, furniture, etc. His price was reasonable and he provided a receipt for charitable donation of useable items. I would not hesitate to use him again.

This was my second time using D&B, and both times we were very pleased with the service. Buzz was easy to contact and came when he said he would. Our first time, he had two men remove a large sectional recliner sofa from our movie room. They were very careful not to damage the doorways or hallway when moving it out. This time, everything was in the garage or yard of our new home, so easier to load out. Even so, it was a lot of work and nearly filled the truck. They did a great job, and we will not hesitate to call them again with other work.

I got the quote over the phone. They showed up right on time. I had added a few small items, but they didn't mind. Stuck with the quote, and got everything out quickly.
