NAUDUS WINDOW AND HOUSE CLEANING SVC

We have used Naudus for five or six years to clean our windows and screens on a semi-annual basis. They are prompt, efficient, never broken an item, and amaze us with how clean and streak free the windows are after they wash them.

They were very good on all projects. They showed up on time, finished faster than we expected.

They did a good job. They were very professional, came out right away and did everything perfectly. They did not have to come back and fix anything after they had finished the work. I use them on a regular basis. They do my window cleaning too. They are a good company, and they work well. I would use them again in the future.

Hired them to clean windows inside and out - the guy was fast, clean and not expensive.

We obtained quotes for the work and they were done promptly. The painters were careful and thorough in their work, and the bathrooms look much better. They arrived promptly, covered all stairs and carpet to the bathrooms with plastic, and cleaned up as well. The plumbing work and the outdoor work were done well too.

I thought they were excellent. They gave a good estimate, sent reliable workers and showed up on time. I'd give them 5 stars out of 5.

They were very good. They came when they said they were going to come and did everything. They cleaned up after themselves and left in such a way that you wouldn’t even know that they were there.

I have been using them for nearly 5 years. I have never had an issue. Based on their exemplary services with respect to my gutters -- I am considering using them for some other services (e.g. -- deck wash and seal).

The job started off well. We received a prompt estimate for the work to be done and a follow-up several days later (while we were still getting competing quotes). Scheduled the work to be done a week later which was supposed to only take part of a day. They arrived on the date specified to perform the gutter replacement only to discover after the old gutters were removed that all the fascia (the wood that the gutters fasten to) was rotten. They told us they needed to replace all the fascia and quoted a price for the extra work and materials. No longer having any gutters on the house, it seemed reasonable as we have had leaking between the old gutters and the existing fascia. They came back after several days to replace the fascia only to discover they had purchased the wrong size and couldn't quite figure out how to remove the old fascia. After repeated attempts to reschedule with rain, holidays, and other jobs, they did successfully replace the fascia and the gutters were installed almost a month later; although we had to keep calling them to find out when they were coming next. They came several times and appeared to not make much progress during a couple of the visits. Quite the delay for a job that was supposed to take a couple of hours. The installation appears solid and the gutters look nice on the home. They left bits and pieces of wood, shingles, and some nails around the house. They also damaged a screen (which I can easily fix) but didn't mention it to us. We would have liked to have had better communication through-out the process and better clean-up at the end. The work appears to be well done, but the time frame was not acceptable.

Stanley Naudus was very responsive and was able to meet a very short deadline. We asked them to do all their work in a 1-week period to allow for all the "dirty" work to be completed before we moved into the house. Since we were not occupying the home, they worked early mornings to late nights to meet the deadline. The quality of the work and the crew was excellent.

The company gave me an original estimate 55-95$ that was lower than the estimate I received when the personell arrived at my house. The estimate was $120. I stated that for 90$ they could clean my gutters and they agreed. I was away from my home when they called. I arrived 15 minutes later and they stated they were finished. They left a garbage bag for me with the gutter contents. I noticed that one of my gutters was not draining well and seemed to be dripping. I called the company and spoke to a man and agreed he would send someone to take another look today. We waited all day and the company representative did nto appear.

I used them even thirty years ago. They are responsive and the people that they send out do a good job. I also think that their prices are competitive.

The windows were clean. The whole job took less than 1 hour. But the aggravation was not worth it.

My experience with them was very good. They came out within a few days of me calling them. They gave me an over-the-phone estimate. I would recommend them and use them again.

I pulled him off the list. He came out gave an estimate and began the work within two weeks. I was really satisfied with this service.

I think they do an excellent job. They show up on time when they say they will. I've used them for so long now that I don't even care if I'm here or not when they do they do the work. If I'm not home, they'll just leave the bill in the mailbox. I trust them enough to know that the work will be done. We will definitely continue to use them for future service. The approximate cost listed is just for the gutter cleaning (I don't remember the price on the windows).

They did an excellent job in painting and carpentry. They were very neat and conscientious. They showed up every day for 5 days.

The Naudus folks did a great job. They designated one individual as the liaison and "R" was the "go to" guy throughout the project. When he said he would be at the site or the work would commence, it did. We left town, turned over keys for access, and returned to town at the appointed time to a successfully completed project. This is obviously a family business, a family that takes great pride in providing customer service and quality workmanship at a fair price.

Extremely pleased with the entire experience from the prompt scheduling of a quote to the prompt arrival of the paint team the next day. Team was extraordinarily neat in covering all surfaces with plastic from the front door up the stairs to the bedroom and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend.

Came out promptly and did a good job.

The work itself was EXCELLENT. They cleaned up thoroughly. Only problem was being 45 minutes late the lst day. Telling us they would finish in one day,. Which we thought was overly optimistic for drywall. Telling us they would return at 9:30 the next day and not showing up until 12:30. I had to call the office about 10:30. They didn't bother calling me.

The painters did an excellent job in the closet and an adequate job in the kitchen. My complaints are that they did not arrive until after 10 a.m., and the actual painting didn't start til after lunch. This means they had to rush to get two coats on before quitting time, and they were very rushed in changing out the lights and the switches. I needed to pick up my daughter at daycare at 5:30, and they were nowhere near finished. They ended up leaving close to 7 p.m. Also, I bought a screwless light switchplate, which they installed with screws. Argh.

Very impressed by the quality of the work. The job was scheduled quickly and the crew showed up right on time. Though they estimated it would take two days, they were able to complete the basement painting in one day, using a crew of six, without compromising on quality. My finished basement has lots of nooks and crannies, but the crew (led by Federico) was meticulous. They also repaired cracks in the plaster very nicely. They cleaned up immaculately; could not even tell they'd been there. They also did a thorough job washing and sealing my deck. My only quibble there was that I needed to call to remind them to come out and do the deck (it had been raining when they originally planned to do it). Price was reasonable if not great; was in line with other estimates I received. Overall, I'd highly recommend Naudus for painting jobs.

The were on time and went the extra mile to get the work gone. We were very happy with the work, the crew and the company.
