They are competent and above all, they are honest. They have told me I did not have to have oil changes as often as I thought. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

the work was done in timely manner and very curteous service but the diagnostics missed a couple of problems and I had to take my car to a mechanic shortly afterwards again.

Skyline Automotive was great to work with. Very responsive in setting up the appointment and no nonsense once I got there. They looked at the car, recommended what they thought I needed to do, discussed other options, and then got the job done. They are not the cheapest option available, but I was very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience. I will use them again.

Very well. The A/C wasn't cooling well and was noisy. We took it in for a diagnosis and they confirmed the compressor had gone bad. The when they opened the system, they discovered the compressor had started to disintegrate. However, they were able to flush out the system, saving us having to replace other parts.

It went extremely amazing. From beginning to end, I have had great, personalized experiences with the staff at Skyline Automotive. Nick and Pat are the usual people I talk to at the beginning of each visit and they are very welcoming/professional. Not only do they address my inquiries about the process of each visit, but they ensure that my experience is positive. They offer shuttle options for during the times I drop off my car and the service technicians address my car issues in a way that I am comfortable with based on solutions they recommend during the beginning of the experience. A+!

They are very good. They are very competent and know what they are doing. Their prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I think they're trustworthy. They explain what they're doing. Every service they take photographs of various parts of the vehicle and send it to you online. That's kind of flashy but it's nice. They've got a good lounge so you can sit there read the newspaper, watch TV, or get a cup of coffee. They give free shuttle service to places, however I have never needed that service. They don't have a full time shuttle, but they will have someone take you to wherever you need to go, I'm sure within reason, but I've seen people come and go all the time. They're just very nice and trustworthy. I've had an air conditioner replaced. I've always felt they have never taken advantage of me.

Excellent. Super professional! Cannot recommend these folks highly enough which is saying a lot for mechanics. They are thorough. They connect my car through their customer managent system online, so I can see before and after photos, get email and phone reminders for service and maintain an online service record, including receipts. These guys take service to a new level - Gold Standard in an industry that's not known for great service and honesty.

They are very personable and do excellent work! I will continue to go visit them anytime my car needs repaired.

They're easy to work with. Their inspection was very thorough. They take pictures and show you what it is that they see underneath the vehicle and why they are talking about what they are talking about. They email it to you, so you get a visual report card of what they looked at and the status. If nothing is wrong, they don't send you the picture, they just say that it checked out, but if there is something they want to point out, they will send you the picture

Skyline Automotive gave my car a comprehensive exam and fully explained the problems to me while using a camera on my car to show me on a screen monitor all of my car's problems and the repairs they recommended. The office and shop is clean and professional. The owner, technicians, and staff are all friendly, courteous and competent. My advisor, Nick, is a superior and professional customer service specialist. It is really hard to find honest people these days when it comes to getting your car serviced. In the past, as a female, I have experienced other companies trying to do extra unnecessary repairs. I highly recommend this company to other women who are also not knowledgeable about cars and repairs. I would recommend Skyline Automotive to anyone who would like excellent and trustworthy service.

This was one of the best experience's I have had interacting with an auto repair shop. I've been putting off this work because, frankly, I have found other businesses untrustworthy and hard to communicate with. Nick was extremely professional during every single interaction I had with him. He gave me a full breakdown of the timing belt and window motor quote. For me this makes a HUGE difference - I knew this work would be a large expense, but explanation of the services to be performed/to be charged helps develop trust and the feeling that I can ask questions if I have them later. My experience with other garage's has been that I feel I am imposing on their time by asking questions and therefore my business doesn't mean anything to them, but none of that going on at Skyline Automotive! When I called back a second time to ask a follow-up question, Nick had no problem fielding it with the same level of customer service as the first time. It is apparent from the beginning that they value their customers. I called on Friday, dropped my car off Sunday evening (while they were closed), and service was done on Monday - wow! Not only do they deliver on excellent service, but their shop just plain looks cool. The reception area is bright and clutter-free. You can observe work being done through the garage doors in service areas that likewise are neat and clutter-free. Skyline Automotive clearly has nothing to hide. Honest, outstanding service is what is offered here - only wish I had known about them earlier!

It was satisfactory. They were pleasant and straight forward and did what they said they would. They did it in a timely manner and it was a successful transaction.

Awesome, awesome, AWESOME! I bought a used Audi and the dealer was supposed to fix this problem but didn't. I couldn't register the car because the check engine light wouldn't go out. I took the car to Skyline on Friday around lunchtime and they immediately began working on it, even though they were really busy. They were finished and had everything in tip-top shape by close of business the same day! They communicated well, did quality work, and just seem like nice people. They are my car mechanic of choice from now on!

The issue with the AC had been diagnosed during previous visit. They told me they would have to take out the dashboard to reach the AC part causing the trouble. I dropped the car off first thing Wed. morning. Did not get a call that it was ready until Fri. evening, even though they said it would take only a little over a day to repair. They did fix the AC issue and it seems to work fine. When I went to pickup my vehicle, I noticed that my steering column gear selector was out of position when I went to put car in gear. I went for a quick test drive to make sure everything else was fine. Under power there was a new and quite loud noise coming from the engine compartment that I could hear in the cabin. Turned around and dropped the car back at the repair. I told my service rep about the problem and was informed that the tech who did the work was gone for the day. I left the car with them overnight to sort out the issues on Sat. I got the call on Sat. that my car was ready. They took care of the column shifter issue and told me that the noise might have come from the exhaust heat shield and that they adjusted it. The noise was still there, but less pronounced. Again the tech that did the work was not available. I decided not to waste anymore time and take my car as is. I carefully looked at the car when I got home and noticed that the dashboard and adjacent pieces where not positioned quite right. It seems that due to this improper reinstall of the dashboard that I am getting more noise from the engine bay. I have been going to this repair shop for a number of years and am very disappointed at this service.

I cannot recommend Ben and his team at Skyline more. They just get it. Ben spent an incredible amount of time walking me through the vehicle and answering all of my questions and concerns at a fair price. He even helped make recommendations on the pros and cons of the vehicle after reviewing provided CarFax and maintenance history reports. I'm bringing my other cars here in the future.

I've had great experience. I've used them several times. They're honest and they're fair. They're very courteous. They see you pulling in the driveway, they look up your license plate number and by the time you get to the counter, they know who you are. All I have to tell them is this and this and this, and they get to it right away. I love it. I just like the fact that they're proactive like that. They're very prompt.

They went over the car with a fine tooth comb, we were very glad we found out. The guys were very informing, punctual and polite. They were knowledgeable in their field.

This was a great experience. I have a Saab and was nervous about taking it somewhere other than the dealer. Saab has gone out of business so my dealer has become a repair shop at a location that I don't like and the quality of the work went down. I found great quality at Skyline. I was comforted right away because there were other Saabs on the lot in addition to an array of foreign and American cars. The staff at the service desk was very friendly and made you feel welcome. They asked a lot of questions since I was a first time customer to learn as much about my car as possible. There is a small waiting room which is a plus when you need to wait. They kept me abreast of progress with consistent updates while I was there. They identified an additional issue which I suspected would be a problem. The price was fair and it has been 2 months and I have had no problems occur as a result of the work done. Thank you Skyline!
