They are competent and above all, they are honest. They have told me I did not have to have oil changes as often as I thought. I would highly recommend them and I would use them again.

the work was done in timely manner and very curteous service but the diagnostics missed a couple of problems and I had to take my car to a mechanic shortly afterwards again.

Skyline Automotive was great to work with. Very responsive in setting up the appointment and no nonsense once I got there. They looked at the car, recommended what they thought I needed to do, discussed other options, and then got the job done. They are not the cheapest option available, but I was very satisfied with the work done and the overall experience. I will use them again.

Very well. The A/C wasn't cooling well and was noisy. We took it in for a diagnosis and they confirmed the compressor had gone bad. The when they opened the system, they discovered the compressor had started to disintegrate. However, they were able to flush out the system, saving us having to replace other parts.

It went extremely amazing. From beginning to end, I have had great, personalized experiences with the staff at Skyline Automotive. Nick and Pat are the usual people I talk to at the beginning of each visit and they are very welcoming/professional. Not only do they address my inquiries about the process of each visit, but they ensure that my experience is positive. They offer shuttle options for during the times I drop off my car and the service technicians address my car issues in a way that I am comfortable with based on solutions they recommend during the beginning of the experience. A+!

They are very good. They are very competent and know what they are doing. Their prices are very reasonable. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

I think they're trustworthy. They explain what they're doing. Every service they take photographs of various parts of the vehicle and send it to you online. That's kind of flashy but it's nice. They've got a good lounge so you can sit there read the newspaper, watch TV, or get a cup of coffee. They give free shuttle service to places, however I have never needed that service. They don't have a full time shuttle, but they will have someone take you to wherever you need to go, I'm sure within reason, but I've seen people come and go all the time. They're just very nice and trustworthy. I've had an air conditioner replaced. I've always felt they have never taken advantage of me.

Excellent. Super professional! Cannot recommend these folks highly enough which is saying a lot for mechanics. They are thorough. They connect my car through their customer managent system online, so I can see before and after photos, get email and phone reminders for service and maintain an online service record, including receipts. These guys take service to a new level - Gold Standard in an industry that's not known for great service and honesty.

They are very personable and do excellent work! I will continue to go visit them anytime my car needs repaired.

They were great to work with. Explained exactly what was needed that day and in the future. Showed pictures of car and areas that needed attention. I received very personal care and was impressed with the whole experience. Look forward to using there service again.

They're easy to work with. Their inspection was very thorough. They take pictures and show you what it is that they see underneath the vehicle and why they are talking about what they are talking about. They email it to you, so you get a visual report card of what they looked at and the status. If nothing is wrong, they don't send you the picture, they just say that it checked out, but if there is something they want to point out, they will send you the picture

Skyline Automotive gave my car a comprehensive exam and fully explained the problems to me while using a camera on my car to show me on a screen monitor all of my car's problems and the repairs they recommended.  The office and shop is clean and professional.  The owner, technicians, and staff are all friendly, courteous and competent.  My advisor, Nick, is a superior and professional customer service specialist. 

It is really hard to find honest people these days when it comes to getting your car serviced.  In the past, as a female, I have experienced other companies trying to do extra unnecessary repairs.  I highly recommend this company to other women who are also not knowledgeable about cars and repairs.  I would recommend Skyline Automotive to anyone who would like excellent and trustworthy service.
