It didn't cost anything. It was an hour long training. It was not good. The place was so busy and noisy that we couldn't hear the trainer talk. It was terrible. It was right in the middle of the store. It was like jet noise. I stood next to the person and I could not hear the person talking. If they intend to sell high end products they need to help train people on them in a way where they create a room. I wouldn't mind paying for it if they did it right. They do it in the middle of a busy store and they also do it with their repair questions. It is really hard to pay attention. I've gotten advice from them for my computer which was good but the environment stinks. Their prices are always high. We don't know if we will go back. We would never use the training again unless they change it.

We got a all in one desktop from them because a family member recommended. The transition has been rough but the computer is great. Trying to go from Windows to Apple has been hard. Its a fine machine but its hard to figure out.

The Apple Store and the Apple company provide good service. They provide excellent customer service. They have great technical knowledge of their products. They are willing to go the extra mile for you. They might suggests alternatives to products you have and features you might not be aware of on their other products. It is good salesmanship. You pay for a good service that is going to work.
