The BEST and most professional team ever. Eduardo is unmatched in his communication, professionalism and skill. Our project was a reno in a condo we recently purchased. We live out of town, and he was so impressive with daily updates, photos of progress, cleanliness and care with our trust and our property - also incredibly considerate of our new neighbors.

We had the interior stair railings in our townhouse replaced and some hardwood floor installed. We are very pleased with the smooth process throughout the project and the outcome. All work was done in a timely and professional manner and communication was exceptional and courteous.

Rude temperamental crew rarely arrived on time, had long lunch, and left home dirty each day. The bathroom looks ok but does not know if it will hold up over time. Largely unsupervised, often no one there speaking much English. The owner finally acknowledged their shortcomings after a much-heated argument. Gave a healthy refund on a project to us which was appreciated but even after he spoke to the crew, his attitude and work ethic remained unchanged. I would rather pay the original price and skip the dirt and the drama. The owner would tell you one thing and when seeing him again would forget what was said.

Work crew was on time, courteous and careful of my home. Any concerns were addressed promptly and communications were great. The value of what I got for what I spent was great. Mr Grassioto was very helpful in suggesting materials and where I could look for them. I highly recommend him.

Great work attention to detail done several projects

Advantix did an excellent job fabricating and installing handrails for my front steps. The design fit in nicely with the overall design of the front on my house. I highly recommend giving Advantix a try.

Alvaro is super knowledgebase with all the building codes and he is very experienced and hands-on with all aspects of the project. Overall, they did an amazing job on my entire home renovation project. We really appreciate their hard work. I would only suggest improving the communication within the team so the clientâ s and designerâ s ideas can be smoothly passed to the workers.

From the concept, which only included a few rough ideas on my part, to the railings which were beautifully designed by Eduardo of Avantix Builders, I am extremely satisfied by the finished product. Avantix Design and Build, Inc. was an amazing company to work with. We had a front stoop/step railing installed in an HOA townhome community. They were able to take measurements and send me a quote within a week. The owner reached out to me to ask about the HOA approval. He was able to get his team to work on the railing within the week after approval. Despite some miscommunications on both our ends he went out of his way to reconcile it. He inspected the quality of work on two separate occasions and I have a feeling he would have come as many times as I would have asked. I am very happy that I found Avantix Design and Build, Inc. They are professional, responsive, and 100% committed to customer satisfaction.

The tile work that was completed for our fireplace hearth is absolutely perfect. We used a patterned tile and the work is exquisite.
