The consult with Tim was very extensive. It lasted over an hour with him, my wife, and me walking around the kitchen (one at a time :-) and discussing options. Tim was experienced with kitchens like ours and knew what could be done and what wouldn't work. We concluded and in a few days the estimate arrived. Estimate was very easy to understand due to the drawings and descriptions given. This was important to my wife and me because we knew exactly what were were getting and we knew exactly what were contracting to pay. Three installments: an initial down payment (around 25% of total), mid payment (around 33% of total) and a final payment upon completion. Work started promptly and several crews worked simultaneously on plumbing, cabinetry, electrical, and carpentry. Well coordinated. Total time on project was 3 weeks. Two weeks was for the major work and the remaining week was for two items - a spice rack which was back-ordered and a window installation. I want to compliment Steve for the work on the cabinetry. He did great work and was able to accommodate small subtle changes as the work progressed. Here's the best part. Every day when the work was done, EVERYTHING was cleaned up and removed. There was NEVER a mess at the end of the day. When sanding the drywall, plastic sheeting was erected to contain the dust and they even installed a temporary sink while we waited for the plumber to install the new sink on Monday so we didn't have to do without.

They were punctual and did a good job. They worked an entire day and the quality of the job was good. They rendered good services and I will continue to use them in future.

They did an excellent job. They were prompt. I was having some problems with our phone line and I was unable to fix that. They came and fixed that out for me. If needed, I would use them again in the future too.

I spent about $20000 on the job. I chose them because they had done work for me previously. They had built a porch for me. I was very happy with their craftsmanship. I did not want to do a complete kitchen makeover. I had a dysfunctional wall. So, I gave them a call and they came up with a plan. They implemented the plan. They were good to me. I think that their craftsmanship is just amazing. I will use them again in the future.
