I waited for a 40% off sale which happens with some regularity. Salesperson/designer was very good at providing upholstery samples and helping me find something I liked. Eventually decided on a non-Stickley fabric for a slightly higher price. Main question then revolved around what hardness or softness of pillows to get. I got the standard pillow but now wish I had gone with one of the softer ones.
It took 2 1/2 months for the sofa to be completed.

We had a very good experience with the salesperson. It was a very low pressure sale. We didn't feel like we were pressured into anything. The quality of the furniture was excellent. It was a special order and the follow through on the special order was very good, and they delivered it to our home. They were extremely professional, they were conscientious, and they listened to what we wanted. In fact, they adjusted something else which was more appropriate for what we were looking for. I would definitely recommend them very highly.
