+ -1 moreI didn't use this contractor because I considered him arrogant, rude, and unprofessional.
Description of Work: I asked Craig Reed/Accent Builders to give me an estimate to split/remodel my master bathroom. Six (6) weeks after a meeting and a walk thru of my bathroom, I sent him a email asking for his bid. His response was that he would get back to me in a week. After a week he sent me a arrogant and rude email saying he had read my proposal (obviously he hadn't read it for over 6 WEEKS!), and that I should get a handyman for the project. As an aside, he was building a home next to my property and hadn't planned on setting up water to the construction site. As a result he had to have the owner ask me to "borrow" water from my property. I call that poor planning and very unprofessional!

+ 2 moreThis house is unrecognizable, compared to what it looked like before Accent did all the work. They did this over a several month period, section by section. That way we could afford it, and we also could live here, without too much interruption. The work was fantastic, and they were clean about it. The next time we decide to have home improvements done, Accent will get our business.
Description of Work: Accent Builders replaced our siding, installed new railings on our porch, sanded all our wood floors, remodeled our kitchen, and two bathrooms.

+ 1 moreThey did a wonderful job on our new sunroom. They finished it in two months, just as they promised. They stuck to their original estimate, which was always nice. They were very professional and kept a neat worksite. I would recommend them to anyone.
Description of Work: They added a new 750 square foot sun room addition to our home. The room was mostly glass, and they used energy saving windows. They also used vinyl siding.
