Mr. Green, was responsive, friendly and easy to work with. Went out of his way to answer questions and helping deal with a broken light fixture (new) even to the point of meeting me at a parts store to explain the part needed to make the repair. Great paint crew. All requests during the job were taken care of, no questions. Great experience!

There was an addition on my house that had been poorly built and as a result needed to be taken down. This room was attached to the kitchen, so the kitchen floor was also involved. I received several estimates and chose LDM Associates based on my comfort level with the estimate and the personality of the owner, Lewis Green. The project that I ended up undertaking was a new (larger) addition and a completely renovated kitchen. Lewis and his team were very professional and very kind throughout the process. He guided me through the many decisions, making recommendations when appropriate and pushing me to make choices when necessary. I travel for my job, so I am often away from home. I felt very comfortable with them in my house - they even brought in my mail when I was gone! Everyone involved was very tidy, leaving the workspace picked up every day. The whole project took about 5 months, so I feel like I got to know all of the team pretty well - Lewis definitely kept a close eye on the work, progress, etc. I think he was on site most days. I could not be happier with the results! I will definitely stay in touch with Lewis Green and use his help with any future projects.

Lewis Green was professional and stayed in contact throughout the project. He kept me updated as the work progressed and was accurate regarding scheduling of work crews, and estimating completion dates and costs.

We were very excited at first about the Angie's List Big Deal. To think that we could get our bathroom remodeled for half price was fantastic. We understood that if we wanted upgrades that our cost would go above the original $5000, but we figured we could keep it in check. After paying for this Big Deal, we contacted Mr. Green to set up a meeting with him. I was very impressed with Mr. Green's flexibility and willingness to accomodate our schedule. Throughout the whole remodeling process, I found him to be incredibly reliable and punctual. He is very upbeat and was also very easy to talk to. It was always easy to reach him and communicate with him whether in person or by phone. Mr. Green knew I was concerned about the maintenance involved in cleaning a tile shower so he geared us towards a cultured marble option. Surely I asked how the price would compare to tile, but we never did get a written estimate or comparison of our options, which I later regretted. It was only after picking out our marble color (at the store, after much deliberation) did we then learn exactly how much it would cost. And I will admit, it floored me. I was very upset by the upcharge. Neither my husband nor I have enough experience to know that $1200 simply isn't enough to cover all of the supplies needed for a bathoom. In a way, our $5000 covered everything EXCEPT the shower. Basically, the title of this Big Deal was a misnomer. You cannot say that something is a COMPLETE bathroom remodel if it doesn't include something as essential as a shower, particularly one that doesn't even have a bathtub. Perhaps Angie's List is to blame for this... This is why I rate the price as a "C" in this report. It is because I expected it to be far less. Had he (or Angie's List) simply charged this amount for everything, I would say it is a good deal! After the shock of the extra costs, the project ran smoothly. Again, because we are inexperienced in (major) home remodeling projects, I am not sure whether the snafus along the way were par for the course or not. While removing the old shower, the intensity of the banging created a crack in the ceiling below. Although he filled it, I was concerned to think that that much force was used. There were also other areas damaged on the bathroom wall again as a result of removing either the floor moulding or the shower that were also smoothed over and fixed. Perhaps any contractor would have created those holes, but I do not know. Mr. Green's relaxed personality made it not only easy for us to work with him, but he did not sweat the small stuff. He did not nickel and dime us at all and often absorbed the cost of little things. He gave us floor tiles that he had on hand without extra charge. He was also very conscientious and remembered everything we said such that he would go out of his way to accomodate us. I would say that the overall project went very smoothly and we really like our bathroom. Although the project took more than two months from start to finish, we were comfortable with the pace and never felt it was too slow. Mr. Green was both efficient and incredibly accomodating so that we would not be inconvenienced. He and his employees were more than competant in the plumbing, tiling, painting, and other needs of the project. All of these men were kind and punctual. ********** Thank you, Lewis, for our wonderful new bathroom. We love it! Hopefully we will have a chance to work with you again.

Lewis Green has been doing work in our home for many years. He is - HONEST, RELIABLE, ETHICAL, HARDWORKING - and - AN EXCELLENT CRAFTSMAN! Last year he completed many jobs in my home - all done with proficiency, care and respect. He keeps in phone contact, arrives on time, and does his very best to accommodate your schedule. His prices are VERY reasonable - and I would not consider using any other contractor in my home. I HIGHLY recommend LDM Associates for ALL Home related jobs. I often say EVERYONE WHO OWNS A HOME NEEDS A LEWIS!

He was excellent. I would call him back in a heartbeat. He was punctual and very experienced. He was courteous. I feel that he could do any job when it comes to home improvement work.

I was very impressed with Mr. Green's professionalism. Mr. Green responded to my initial phone call immediately and if I had any questions he responded immediately. Mr. Green arranged the work around my schedule, he came on a Saturday so I wouldn't have to take time off from work. Mr. Green and his worker arrived promptly at 8:30 and completed everything in a timely manner. They were extremely neat and I believe their work was of exceptional quality. After they left and the sheetrock mud had dried I had a question about the NoCoat product that they used on my cathedral ceiling. Mr. Green immediately came back to my house at my convenience and brought the Nocoat so I could see it and answered my questions in detail. By far working with Mr. Green and his crew was a pleasant experience. So often in the past I have encountered contractors that don't call you back or set up a date/time and don't show up or even worse I have had contractors that have done poor work or have damaged things and hid the damage. Mr. Green has renewed my faith in contractors. I felt like I could trust in Mr. Green's expertise. I highly recommend Mr. Green.

I got an estimate for remodeling the bathroom a year ago, and thought the price was too high. When I say the Angie's list coupon for a complete remodeling I felt it was in the range of what the job should cost, so I e-mailed the contractor to inquire about what was and was not included in the price. The general contractor responded to my e-mail request immediately, and answered each of my questions completely and honestly. When I asked about substituting a shower with for the tub replacement, he was very willing to accomodate the request and negotiate a price that kept the job within my range. He walked me through every step of the remodeling process, and made it very easy for me to choose the materials by listening carefully to my preferences, and then bringing samples of the materials that satisfied my requirements the first time. We were able to complete the selection of everything in a couple of hours. They started the work immediately, and have been on the job every day they were expected, and always on come at the time we have agreed upon. I work from home and have to leave to take client appointments during the day, and they have been very flexible about working around my shedule, and respecting my need for quiet from time to time. They have almost completed the work and are attending to the details now. I expect the job to be completed by the week-end. The workmanship is excellent, they are prompt, courteous, responsive, and have addressed every question or request for modifications I have had respectfully and professionally. The extra costs are the result of a custom made non-slip floor and door for the shower and an upgraded cabinet. I will use them again when I am ready to remodel my upstairs bath.

Lewis responds promptly to both email and telephone communications. The gutters matched our house trim perfectly. His crew showed up on the scheduled day and took about two hours to complete the job. The gutters look great.

They were nice, courteous, and polite to me. They came out and did all the work in one day. The deck looks nice, but there is a part on the front that is a little out of line. I don't really like the way they joined the railing to the post and it looks sloppy to me.

Has not returned calls or replied to his website.

He is so polite, very neat & his charges are so reasonable. I would recommend him to everyone.

Not much to tell. The initial response to my request for a quote for a paved driveway to be done in late September was that they would not be able to quote on this job. That ended our contact.

They did an excellent job. Louis was going to be going on vacation, but he had to fellows come and do all of the different things we needed. LDM not only came through and did an excellent job, but did it for less than half of what another company had quoted. They got back to us right away and Louis was obviously very concerned with making sure that we were satisfied. They worked all day long and even though they were being paid hourly, they slow down or try to drag it out.

The work went very smoothly. Lewis was very accommodating as far as working with my schedule. In fact, he and his workers came in on Saturdays so that the job could be completed in a timely fashion.

Lewis Green is the owner of the company. He came out first to take a look at the work to be done. He felt the vents were really clogged. He was very professional in the way he approached the work. He came out alone and did a good job. I would definitely recommend him to others.

LDM Associates, LLC is hands down the best contractor I have ever had the pleasure of using in my home. Lewis was always professional, prompt, honest, courteous and responsive. I recommend this contractor very highly! I am pleased to give anyone a verbal or written recommendation if requested, and Lewis has my permission to use pictures of the work he and his crew performed in my home.

Mr. Green was prompt courteous and very friendly. He was able to come out that same day and provide me with an estimate a day later, after he checked on materials & costs to match existing fascia boards. The work was done in a timely manner & looks great!

Lewis had the best quote out of three and his ideas were creative and practical. He is extremely professional, energetic and kind. He did much of the work himself, including demolition. He didn't do tile and the tile guy tiled right over the vent, but Lewis came back and sawed open a rectangular hole and fixed the problem. The team was always polite and professional, and were very understanding and friendly toward a couple of rambunctious dogs. Lewis' communication was incredible. He always made confirmation and follow up calls and was punctual, working according to our schedule. Very friendly, fun guy with a great work ethic. We look forward to hiring him again.

I contacted Lewis to have the metal trim repaired. I told him that it was probably a very small job. He said that he would call me back later that evening and he did. During that call, he stated that he would come by my house between late morning and early afternoon the next day and he did. I had a much different experience with another handyman who made an appointment but didn't keep it. He gave me two options: repair the trim (less costly) or replace it. I selected the repair option. I also pointed out a downspout that had detached and he had no problem with adding that to the list. He completed all work in a timely manner. Now the metal trim is well secured. So is the downspout. He's very courteous and professional. I definitely plan to use his services in the future.

Lewis contacted me right away using his website referral system. He reviewed job and gave quote the next day. Finished the work as promised and made return trip on Saturday to paint the trim he repaired.

Lewis came to a**** situation and give estimate. I received the estimate within a couple of days, via e-mail. He was able to schedule the work quickly. He suggested both a short and long term plan for repairs, and I will definitely use him to complete the job at a later date. He was very professional and pleasant. I was not home when he completed the work and he left the work area very clean.

Very well. Lewis provided a detailed estimate for the services they ultimately provided. When unforseen issues arose, he was very good about facilitating an expedient solution. We especially liked that he was able to work with our existing railing vs having us purchase a whole new one. He and his team were all punctual and courteous. The job site was cleaned after they finished their work. After the job, Lewis followed up to ensure that everything was completed to our satisfaction. He even touched up the paint on the door after we had put a nick in it.

Lewis Green redid my asphalt driveaway - quite wide and long. He had to dig up portions of the driveway before he could put down the black topping. His work is flawless! The driveway, which has not been done in 14 years, looks like new!

We were int he middle of demoing a TV niche when came across the electrcal running along the frame of the niche. We knew is was over our heads so got in contact with LDM Associates. Lewis Green and his men were extremely professional, knowledgeable about all category of home improvement jobs. The workers were courteous, fast and polite. To make a long story short, if you?re looking for a professional team to do small or large projects within or outside of your home THIS IS THE TEAM no questions asked.
