Called and scheduled work. Provider arrived on time and completed work in timely manner. He answered all questions owner asked.

I received quotes from 5 different vendors and they were right in line with 4 of them (one was way too high). Very good company to deal with. No pushy sales where I would need to spend more money. We even received a thank you note from them after the install was complete, which I thought was a nice touch. Would definitely use them again if needed and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Very professional throughout the process. Miller really knew their product. The estimate and installation phases were painless. The price was reasonable. They cleaned up after themselves. Although I paid half of the cost of the door up front they never even wanted a down payment. Great experience if you have to spend money. :0)

Overall, I wasn't pleased with the service. All they did was oil some moving parts. The gentleman was nice and professional, but the problem was that I feel that I paid too much for what they actually did. I have oiled my garage door in the past and it isn't very difficult. I was expecting a little more.

They came to give estimate at the time we set up. Price was in the middle of the 3 estimates I received, but the one with the highest price was not going to remove the old door and dispose of it for us. The lowest priced estimate could not get to us in a timely manner. This company was punctual, professional and did a great job. We would definitely call them again and recommend them to friends and family.

Had 2 garage doors serviced, including replacing spring on one of them. Programmed garage door openers and remote access pads. Excellent work, on time, kept advised by phone of arrival time, cleaned up when done. Very professional. Will definitely hire again when the need arises.

We live in a rental home and the garage door needed to be replaced so we actually didn't have a choice on who did the work - the property manager chose Millers. A man came out to measure the door and I told him that he needed to order exactly the same kind of door as the damaged one. He said ok and the written estimate was sent to the property manager who signed off on it and the door was ordered. Miller called me to let me know that the door was an unusual size and needed to be special ordered. It would take 3 -5 weeks to come in. It came in closer to 3 than 5 and they called me to set up an installation date. I was told that they would give me a call around 8:30am the day of the installation to verify a time that the installer would come. At 8:15am the installer was here without the phone call. He started pulling the garage door out of the boxes and I noticed that it didn't have windows like the old one. I told him to stop installing until I could verify with our property manager that it was the correct door since he told us to tell the measurer to order exactly the same door. Aparently, the measurer did not note that the original garage door had windows like I asked him to, so the wrong door was ordered. The property manager ok'd the door without the windows and Millers called me to tell me that the installer would be back out that very afternoon to complete the installation. The installer was curtious and professional and even replaced the light buld on the garage door opener for me. The door looks great, and Millers always called to keep me informed of the situation. The only negative thing is that the original guy who did the measuring did not note that the door needed to have windows. Luckily for us the property manager and home owner where ok with the door that was ordered.

Miller's Overhead Door (MOD) was fantastic. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, professional and most importantly, on time because we're busy! I'm a cheapskate; I hate to spend money. But I will happily pay for quality items and services, and MOD definitely lived up to quality service. When my cheapo, builder's-grade garage door opener failed (it's lasted 5 years, I'd like to get another five out of it), I tried my usual tricks. I disconnected power, looked it over, and after little study, started to dismantle it to see where the problem was. It didn't take long to see the plastic/nylon gears which transmit power to the belt were stripped. An internet search and credit card were all it took to get new gears in the mail. Once they arrived, I reassembled the opener and while it worked, it opened too far and didn't close far enough. I tried to adjust it, but the stripped gears had it so far out of adjustment that I needed a pro. That's what I got with MOD. If you're curious, other than my time, I spent a total of about $150 on this "project" (an inexpensive opener, installed, is roughly double that). But I didn't have to re-program the Homelink on my cars, so I consider it a bargain just for that. I'm not sure this "special" is worth it if nothing's noticeably wrong, but a standard service call is around $75 just to get them to your address. So if your door's not working, get the coupon and call. We got a service appointment the next morning. It was fixed when I came home for lunch. I'm keeping their number, so they can install a new opener when this one fails for good in a few years.

We had an accident with our over-sized garage door. We called the top three companies. Miller's came out with a good product and a reasonable price. They were very prompt, and professional from start to finish.

I found them through a special through Angie's list. They were professional and even did some extra work for me to get the door working. They were on time and did excellent work.

I have been wary of garage door companies because I feel they take advantage of you by either overcharging or doing more work than necessary (replacing an opener rather than just fixing one). After checking Angie's list, I decided to go with them. They came exactly when they said they would, gave me a VERY fair estimate to start and performed the work at LESS than the cost of the estimate. They performed the job expeditiously and with excellent quality. They even replaced part of a seal at the bottom of one of the doors I had mentioned to them, but only replaced the section that needed replacement, reducing the cost. They could have easily charged more but didn't. In my book, that is real integrity. From now on, I am not using anyone else for service, and I will be building a home and in need of a garage door installer (I'll need 4 doors) and they are definitely getting first bid on the job. Very satisfied.

The job went smoothly but the door is still a little crooked. I have not called him back to do the work but I plan to. I would use his services again in the future.

They showed up on time both occasions. They got both doors working like new. They are top notch.

It was a very good experience. They were completely professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend their services.

Unsatisfactory. Just a couple weeks later I was in my garage and looked up at the top of the door and found that one of the lift cables was ready to snap! It had frayed and was down to just 2 strands of wire. Now, this doesn't happen overnite and there was nothing dramatic that would have caused it to occur suddenly. I feel the service agent should have done a more-thorough inspection and caught this earlier, but he was in and out in about 15 minutes. I ended up doing the repairs myself. It wasn't a very difficult task, but I would have preferred to get it fixed well before it reached a critical point. Had the cable snapped, the wire might have struck one of my cars and scratched it up. So, overall I don't feel I got good value for the money spent on this "garage door tuneup" because he didn't do an adequate safety inspection of the high-stress components, which have been up for 20 years now.

They were prompt. He fixed things and pointed out a couple things that I didn’t know were wrong and didn’t charge me extra to fix them. I have him scheduled to come back out.

They did a great job. I had a coupon from Angies List and I think that was about $69. They were very nice and helpful. They really did a good job on it. I think they were here early too.

Went well. Garage door spring broke. Technian arrived promptly. Diagnois problem and returned the next day and made the repairs.

I had a coupon from Angieslist that I used. They were very good. Their responsiveness and punctuality were excellent. Their professionalism was very good. I liked that they followed up and they were anxious to be sure that whatever was wrong was right.

We used a $69 garage door special. We made the appointment and the guy came right out at the appropriate time. He was courteous. He did a pretty good job, but the door is still a bit one-sided. We have to call him to come back and make a slight final adjustment. Otherwise the job was satisfactory. He was professional and provided appropriate service. He did the work as was promised in the special. If he comes back and does what he is supposed to do we would use him again.

There were circuit boards and sensors. It also blew the covers of my brass and box. I lost a DVR and a television. I found them to be a reputable company and they were close to my house. I could count on them. The workers were good and everything has been holding up fine. I would definitely recommend them.

Easy to schedule, on time, working efficiently, and did a good job.
