The installation went without a hitch! The unit is great, SUPER quiet, and comes with all the appropriate bells and whistles. The button system by the garage entry comes with a temprature read, light, and motion senser for the light. AWESOME. The installer was super friendly and very educated on the system, it's installation and use. We got five star treatment from beginning to end and will recommend them to everyone who needs service. I have to say, this is the most professional and pleasant company I have worked with in this region. When I called to make an appointment for an estimate, I didn't have to be the expert. I also did not have to change my schedule to accommodate their's. Mr. Miller was prompt, he knew what I had discussed with the office during my phone call. I did not experience a "hard sell". He provided me with information about the product he felt would suit my needs and requests. He did not make feel as though I had no idea about what I wanted. When I called to schedule the work, again, it was scheduled to my schedule. The two gentlemen that installed the doors were extremely courteous and professional. They even took the extra effort to make sure the old opener was anchored properly and securely. I can't say enough about this company. The price was pleasantly drastically lower than even Lowes or Home Depot. This company has found the secret to success. Please don't ever lose it!

It took them the whole day. Just one employee did the work. He was punctual, professional and their quote was exactly what they said it was going to be. We purchased the garage doors through them.

My husband is very picky, but he is very pleased with the installation and quality of door. We got a quote from another person on your list for this very same door and it was $300. more. I had been housebound during the installation and did not get to see it for another week, but I was very pleased with how it looked when I did see it.

Called one day came they by the next. On time. It only took a half hour to remove broken spring and replace. Also lubricated track.

Prior to Millers coming out I had signed up with a larger company to do an Angie's Big Deal for $89.00. The person who came out (whose company is also on Angie's list) immediately started to upsale. I was told the wiring and bolts and other jargon needed to be replaced because it was old and could could cause problems. None of which sounded good. So I ended up paying over $400.00 for the "replacements" for ONE door. I said I could not afford the other door and would call back. I did call to discuss the price after the tech left and was told that was normal. Next I called Millers, who have been a local business for many years. He came out and said NONE of it had to be replaced. It was rare for these parts to break and if one did just fix it. So, my second garage door was fixed ande has been working perfectly!!!!! And I only had to pay $114.00. Just goes to show you that even on Angie's List, Buyer Beware.

I've used MOD since 1993 - one install and a spring replacement in 2010. I call, the tech shows up at the appointed time, does quality work, and departs. Only one service call since they installed my door in 1993 demonstrates how good this business is.

Opener would not work. Technician found and corrected the problem immediately, thus saving me the expense of a new opener. He then lubricated all door fixtures, springs, and the motor and drive system. Work was done quickly, and professionally.

The technician that came out was very professional and helpful. He explained to me that if and when I was ready for a new garage door that his company sells them, but he didn't try to push additional services or products on me. He was honest and professional and I would recommend this company to anyone.

Sean had the garage door partially installed when we realized the color was not what we expected. The company agreed to paint the door with some trim paint I had. The door looks great. They were always very prompt. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant and professional. I had to leave town and couldn't put the garage door down after the paint dried. April came and put it down for me after she got off work! April always made me smile when I called. She was such a happy person and always willing to help me. She's a real asset to the company. The person answering the phone makes a big first impression on a potential customer. She handles the job well.

This was great! Not only was the technician on time and completed the garage door tune-up in minimum time, the technician also explained what he was doing and told me about inexpensive things I could do to maintain my garage door more efficiently Plus, he replaced my door sensor which was broken for free with spare parts he had on hand. A company that truly values their customers. You couldn't ask for anything better.

punctual, competent, completed work in a timely fashion. Door is a 1985 vintage, heavy. Tech was unable or unwilling to adjust springs to reduce strain on openner. for an effective rate of $120/hour or if travel and coporate expense are included about $60/hour, i was unimpressed with the value.
