We had Brian come out and he was late but we were going to give him a chance to tell us about his gutter guards. Then he gave us a quote and it was very reasonable and we were happy about it. We wanted to go with him he seemed really nice so we called him and told him we would like to set up a appointment to get gutter guards. He was supposed to call us back twice but never did to set up a date so we called and he had to call us back and he has never called us back since then. Maybe we weren't going to spend a lot so he figured he would get clients with more money. I don't know!!! Maybe you will have better luck then we did getting him to preform the job. Like we said he was a really nice guy.

Fine, our only small problem was confusion on when they were coming.

They were very good and did anything I wanted. They did good work at a decent cost. They were timely and quick, and did what they said they were going to do. I would rate them highly and would use them again in the future if necessary.

He never appeared or called after saying he would come.

Brian Massie came out to give me an estimate on the day I called. I requested information about their insurance and they emailed me a copy the next day. When I was ready to have the gutters installed, I called and asked if they could do them the following week (about 6 to 8days). I also needed to pick out the gutter color. I was told they would drop off samples later that week and there should be no problem installing the gutters at the end of the following week depending on the availability of the 4 inch downspouts that I ordered (these had to be trucked in.) The samples were not dropped off and I had to call the following Monday. Bo apologized and brought the samples over. The gutters and downspouts were installed quickly and professionally a week later. The gutters look great and are working well.

This is the first service I've had done in years that was performed without any issues. I requested an estimate and the owner promptly came out and took time to answer all of my questions regarding a leaf guard system without trying to sell me one. He told me the pros and cons of his system as well as others and explained the ramifications of roof replacement and gutter systems. I got estimates from 4 companies in all and found Gutterworks to be the most straight forward with no pressure and second best price. I liked the fact that I could deal directly with the owner. He said he would do the job the next week and I came home one day and didn't even realize they'd been there until my neighbor mentioned it. There was no mess and nothing out of place. The gutters look great and they are exactly what I ordered. After I replace the roof I am going to get them to come back and add the gutter guards. It was a pleasure to have something done right the first time.

It was very good. He was very nice to deal with, easy to schedule with and the work got done quickly. They cleaned up after themselves. He was a very nice person to do business with.

This job was first rate form start to finish. The crew arrived early in the morning, and completed the work by early afternoon. All of the workmen behaved as they should, and cleaned up after themselves after they were through. The gutters look good, and were installed very solidly. The price was the best we could find, and the warranty was respectable.

This was nothing real fancy about these gutters, pretty much just a simple installation for them and they kept it simple. All the work was finished in a day and the gutters seemed to be very solid and stable. There was nothing left behind for me to clean up or do and we certainly got the look we expected.
