Highly recommend. Customer services was great. Everything arrived on time, installation was quick and done well. We are very pleased.

The customer service was great, the office team was on top of updates and finding out info. It was really wonderful to not have to ask for updates, they were already emailed to me. I was informed during every step and even when there was a shipping delay I was informed right away. The installation went just as smoothly. The installer was professional and prompt and worked to clean up after install. Overall a very positive experience in a price point that aligned with other companies in the area.

Highly recommended. They were a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Karen was very helpful in advising regarding products and colors, and Mara was very responsive and helpful. The shades arrived as ordered and on time, and the installers were pleasant and appear to have done a good job. A very easy process and a good experience, overall.

They did an outstanding job. No pressure to buy anything I did not want and listened to me while I discussed our current issue while building our house. Was very patient when the house was not done on time and had to delay installing the blinds and quickly notified us when one of the blinds was incorrect due to a manufacturer error. Can't recommend this company high enough!

Bloomin Blinds did an excellent job from the in home consultant Mara with Mara. The installation was scheduled in a timely manner. Blinds and Smar Drapes look great. Superb job. I highly recommend.

When you spend the money to get plantation shutters, you need to be sure that they are done correctly and that they are great quality! We got both!! The product, the installation and the customer service was awesome!

Bloomin Blinds did a great job from start to finish. Their representative was very understanding of our budget, while still showing us what was possible in the future. She brought many samples and really took the time to explain the process. The blinds were installed in very little time, and look great!

Karen was helpful and attentive with customer service. She gave us lots of materials to look at and was helpful in guiding us through the options. Also, no high pressure sales, just good customer service. We are very happy with the results and got exactly the look and functionality we were looking for. There was a small hiccup with installation of one of the blinds and it was fixed within 24 hours. Very happy customer here.

I was pretty clueless as to what color and styles to pick, so they were able to provide ideas that would work based on my requirements The suggestions they gave came out way better than I imagined. The entire process was very easy and they arrived on time for every appointment. Communication was excellent as they emailed and called you with updates. Everyone was very friendly and courteous throughout. Based off this experience, I'll more than likely consider them again to replace my upstairs blinds in the future.

So glad to have my blinds fixed. Arrived on time, nice, knowledgeable. Only ding is that I had special order blinds and they couldn't match the cord exactly, but honestly you can't tell.
