Service never happened! Absolute Shine lied in their synopsis. They would clean bathrooms and main level of home. In order to have remaining areas of home, I would need to pay an additional $30.00 per hour. I was scammed and neither Absolute Shine Cleaning Service nor Angie's List would make this right. I have made numerous phone calls to Angie's List and they refuse to refund my money.

Service provided was excellently and professionally done

It was a team of three, and it went great! They did a very thorough cleaning where they swept under carpets, swept cobwebs off the ceiling, etc. They were friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

My daughter lives in a 3 story townhouse. Cesar and Rosa performed a miracle!!! They took a total disaster and made it beautiful again! They were professional and cleaned the entire house in 3 hours! Absolute Shine Cleaning Services did an excellent job. The three women who came were all friendly and professional. They did a great job cleaning and added a cute bonus of adding bows to tissue boxes, toilet paper, and a stack of napkins!

There was a little confusion about the arrival time of the cleaning crew but they did their best to fix that. The crew of four people was able to clean the entire house and it looks great. It was nice that they did some of the extras what straightening up and holding the toilet paper and paper towels. I also left clean sheets on the master bed and they put those on for me.

They were great, on time, pleasant, and through.

Decided not to use them. When attempting to schedule, I was informed they only clean kitchens and bathrooms, and that additional rooms would take more time and cost more. Was quite odd.

They were absolutely amazing. Our house has never looked cleaner, will absolutely hire them again.

It went well..they were on time, brought their own equipment. They were polite, and never stopped working. They did a thorough job and I was well satisfied.

It went well. Caesare and Maria arrived about 15 minutes after our scheduled time; but, that's not too big of a problem since it was within the unspoken grace period. They were polite and professional. They were very judicious in cleaning all the areas of my house. They scrubbed, wiped, dusted and vacuumed my home to an "absolute shine".

Very well but the Angie's list coupon had a lot of restrictions

The cleaners arrived on time and went to work immediately. They concentrated on the areas I specified. I would definitely use them again.

Due to not being willing to honor the deal, I did not go forward with the service, I requested a refund on this deal.

I absolutely loved the wonderful work the three ladies who came to clean my large home. Sonia and her crew were amazing. I highly recommend them! And plan to use them again when I need my house cleaned!

I purchased the deal and they sent a worker to come out and honor the deal. When she got there she stated that she wasn't going to do any of the work that was stated on the deal such as mopping or cleaning the bathroom. She then proceed to state to call and just get a refund because she was not going to do the work.

Went very well. Crew was very thorough of doing the work without any guidance. They performed all the tasks by themselves and it was absolutely fantastic.

Not willing to work with a customer. Tried to use Angie's list coupon, but person advised that I needed to read the fine print. In short, representative wanted me to purchase more than what I needed for a move in/out. I keep a clean house, I just wanted someone to come in and clean my home (basic clean) only additional service requested was cleaning my oven and refrigerator as I will not have time to do it myself. Representative didn't even offer to do an in home estimate. He replied to my email saying "read the fine print." No sure why Angie's list gives this company an "A" rating. I wouldn't use their services for any amount of money. Very rude, and money hungry.

They did a fantastic job. They lived up to their slogan of absolute shine. They cleaned every little detail. I would recommend them highly to anybody.

I am pleased with the results. Three friendly, hardworking people showed up right on time (I'm sorry I should have written down their names) and went right to work. House looks and smells clean.

Excellent job cleaning the house! The additional small touches are a pleasure to come home to and see. Will definitely continue to use their services.
