Over an hour late showing up, then came with four people scrambling all over house. Too many people at one time.

They were great! Sonia arrived with three other people. They did such a nice job - for days afterwards, I would see places they had vacuumed or straightened that were a delight to find. I did a fair amount of decluttering before they arrived so they could clean. They wiped down the kitchen cabinets, the mold in the bathroom tub was gone...it was almost magical. I now have them come on a monthly basis and the house looks great! I'm sure you can find less expensive services but they are top quality and very fast and efficient. I love them!

Arrived on time and did the light, not deep, cleaning service for 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bath rooms.

The team did an excellent job. Three polite and professional cleaners came and spent 2and 1/2 hours working on the house. They even left a thank you note along with a sparkling fruit drink.

Very professional. They got here and went straight to work. Cleaning was done very quickly and efficiently. They did a great job in the kitchen and bathrooms. I would recommend them if you are looking for house cleaning.

The entire experience was very unpleasant. I called them before I purchased the deal to make sure I could schedule the services for the following week. They agreed. I purchased the deal and then emailed to scheduled and they informed me I would not be scheduled until a month later. I emailed back to ask if they had an earlier date. They did not respond to my emails or calls for 2 weeks. They finally called back trying to schedule for an even further out date. They said if I do not like it I can cancel the deal. They were not willing to help me or give me any other options. I am not happy with the entire experience.

They did an ok job, but they were overpriced.

They did a wonderful job. They were running behind schedule but did reach out to let us know. Because of that, the actually included additional services to make up for being unavoidably late. The thank you note and bottle of sparkling cider was such a nice gesture!

In the past 5-6 years we've tried at least 10 cleaning services and finally found a company that does a great job! We purchased an Angie's List offer for several hours of cleaning by Absolute Shine Cleaning Services for a great introductory price. After purchasing the deal, we scheduled a cleaning appointment at a mutually convenient time. The crew arrived promptly on time and did an excellent job of cleaning the bathrooms, bedrooms, kitchen, living room, and basement game-room. We've tried so many other cleaning crews in the past and were disappointed that our expectations for Absolute Shine were not high...we were pleasantly surprised and the professionalism, courtesy, and thoroughness of the crew that we started using the company on a regular basis. On our second cleaning, the crew was 2-3 hours late (some vehicle issues that causes a domino-effect to all cleaning scheduled that day). However, Absolute Shine notified me of the delays (fortunately I had no real plans that day) and kept providing me updates as to their crew's status. Upon arrival one of the crew members humbly apologized for the delay and immediately got to work; I was afraid the crew would still be cleaning when my family and I would be sitting down to supper. The next thing I knew was 2 more crews arrived to help clean my home and left well before we even started to prepare the meal. I don't expect perfection from anyone as mistakes, unforeseen problems, and normal issues/delays happen...however, the manner in which a company responds to the issues and recovers from the mishap is how I judge a company's attempt to treat me as a valued customer and make things right. Absolute Shine recovered well and they committed to being on time for the next cleaning. Their service is more expensive than I've paid in the past, but Absolute Shine is by far the best cleaning service we've had in several years and definitely worth price and by far the best value.

Outstanding support for a reasonable price. While their are cheaper cleaners, Absolute Shine provides consistent people, and are polite enough to tolerate my 2 year old. :)

Sonja and Carolina showed up promptly with some directions got right to work. They were quick, efficient and very professional. The only issue that prevented an overall A was on their quality of cleaning. It wasn't up to my standards in some areas (eg, under the beds) and a doormat that had still a bunch of dog hair (I have an excessively shedding Beagle). However, given their reasonable quote for a monthly cleaning, I have decided to bring them back in a month.

Needed a move out clean. Took some doing to get hold of them, then at the last minute they called to say they would be late and arrived later than that. Although the purchased coupon said the refrigerator cleaning was included, they charged $40 additional to clean the (empty) refrigerator and failed to clean the freezer at all.

It was good actually and they did a good job. There were no additional charges. At that time they had the special going on so I used them otherwise they are expensive to use. For the work they did they did a good job. I would use them again.

It was nice to start the year out with everything freshly cleaned. They even stayed a bit longer than contracted to finish up.

I purchased an offer through Angie's List with Absolute Shine and emailed them with 3 dates for service. I received an email back confirming the appointment. On the day of the appointment I contacted them because no one showed up and they basically told me I was lying and never contacted them even though I had the email thread in front of me. I asked if we could reschedule and they were pretty rude. I told them I was cancelling service and contact Angie's List to have the purchase refunded they said "Ok bye" and the person disconnected the call. I have purchased service with another company and so far, so good.

Arrived on time, cleaned everything in less than 6 hours, offered to clean basement in remaining time.

I couldn't have been happier. Have tried several other cleaning company only to my disappointment. Save your money You will not be disappointed with (Absolutely Shine) they were easy to talk to and you could tell they wanted to please. I have zero complaints with this company. We had a small fire in microwave awhile ago. We have scrubbed and scrubbed without total success leaving a sm. burn mark. She worked so hard getting that burn mark you can hardly see it anymore. On top of that she apologized because of it. And, their extra little touches just put the icing on the cake. I can't wait to have them back and Hope I'm just as happy. They also do carpet cleaning...

I have been through several cleaning companies with no success. I was thinking maybe its me thinking I'm expecting too much. At the end of my first cleaning I was so amazed how hard they all worked with no problems. Usually I have to go back and put lots of things back where they belong or find all the things they missed. Not one things was out of place and Couldn't find anything they missed. I was thrilled. I can't wait for my second visit. They will even clean carpets.. I'm so excited. I really am hoping it stays this way..

Very thorough, courteous and professional

They did such a great job that I thanked God for finding them via Angie's List. I first thought the price I paid wasn't cheap, but after I saw their work, I realized it's worth every penny, a great steal. First of all, they were super accommodating. They (a crew of 4) worked from 7pm to 12:30am, to fit my schedule. They took their time to clean every drawer, every shelf, every cabinet, every blinds, every vent cover, anything one could possibly see inside the house. They turned filthy cooktop and ovens into shiny attractive appliances. The entire house was spotless after their magical work, just like their name, Absolute Shine!!! There is no doubt that I will be calling them for my future cleaning needs. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed!

The overall impression is that the provider seemed in a rush. A mirror on a bathroom wall, pivoted outside one or two holding clips and eventually slid crashing onto the floor behind the toilet. Service was completed about 1/2 hour prior to the supposed allotted time for cleaning. They were supposed to start at 8:00, they started at 9:00. We let it go. They broke a mirror, initially insisted it happened on its own, but then, admitted it could have moved as it was being cleaned. We let that go too. A few days later, we noticed the toilet line was leaking on the floor quite significantly, resulting from the fall of the mirror which damaged the line. Now a plumber needs to fix this and this inconvenient poor cleaning service cannot remain ignored.

They were very thorough and paid attention to detail. Did this while my wife was away on business. The fact that she was impressed with the quality of the work is a ringing endorsement.
