Description of Work: We purchased the 16 hours of housecleaning deal. Over 2 visits, Absolute Shine did a nice job with good attention to detail. We were very pleased with their work. We would like to have them back again.

Description of Work: Typical bait and switch. Coupon for good value cleaning. Midway into the cleaning the maids called the owner, because the place was 'dirtier than usual jobs." Many extra dollars later the job is completed, but there are still details like floorboards and door panels that are not cleaned. I bet I am not the only one that gets this switch. The place was not dirty enough in my opinion to justify this additional cost.

Description of Work: The ladies worked very hard and did a wonderful job. I'm going to use them to clean for me monthly. I love that they donate a portion of their profits to Breast Cancer charities and donate some of their time cleaning homes of those ladies affected by the disease. They truly make a difference.

Description of Work: They performed a deep cleaning of my home, first and second floors. Sonia and her team of two provided all their own equipment and materials. They spent approximately 8 hours in my home. They were very concerned about doing a good job and making sure I was pleased with their work.

Description of Work: The first e-mail I got from the company two days later was to confirm which date would be accepted from those submitted with the order on 7/14/2015. Aug 7 was the date that they said worked for them, and that was fine. I asked what time they would arrive and did they have a problem with dogs. The next response was that they love pets but there would be an additional charge of $25. I stated that there was no mention of an extra charge for pets in the fine print and what time would they be arriving. Next e-mail 7/17/2015 was to say they would arrive at 8 am. The writer was apparently not comfortable with the English language and I just got a bad feeling. So I am canceling this service and will find another one at another time.

Description of Work: They were hired to do house cleaning to include wiping base boards, cleaning the stove/oven, refrigerator, wiping the floors. It started out great but as time grew short through the morning things were marginally wiped. Just don't think I received the deep cleaning expected particularly the base boards.
