Charles did an excellent job on our exterior painting project! It was a great experience from the initial consult until the project was complete. Special thanks to our project manager Juan and his crew for the wonderful job! It looks so good, my neighbors are asking who did it and I'm happy to recommend Charles

On the recommendation of a neighbor, my husband and I engaged Charles Graves Painting to paint our home's stucco and wood trim exterior. After a color consultation with Ana (she's incredibly helpful!), a power washing, and a few minor repairs, the painting began on September 10th. Our project manager was Ricardo. He was clear about everything that was planned and was responsive to our questions and concerns. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed. He's easy to talk with and very adept at what he does. Beside an excellent job of creating a silky smooth surface on our front and back entry doors, he did an excellent job replacing the kick plate under the back door. The other members of the crew were all friendly and they worked carefully to limit any damage to our numerous foundation plants. We are extremely pleased with the outcome. It was worth the cost and we would absolutely hire them again!

I cannot say enough about this company... it really seems like companies who keep their word are a rare breed these days. Charles Graves Painting gave a timely, accurate estimate, confirmed with me and showed up a day EARLIER than scheduled to get started, they were here every day at 8 on the dot and worked practically non stop until 4 PM or later and Emilio communicated the progress the entire time. Charles goes above and beyond and he and the team are amazingly personable and professional. We could not be happier with the level of prep work, painting expertise and thorough cleanup from this team. If I could give these guys 10 stars I would! Highly recommend this company!!

This was the second time I've worked with Charles Graves Painting and would highly recommend them for your paint projects. I requested an estimate and Charles came, on time, and was very knowledgable and professional. During the estimate Charles provided suggestions and helped with decisions we needed help with. He provided the estimate the next day as promised. The price was not lower than the other estimates but from previous experience with them I knew they would do a good job. Once the start time was set, they were very flexible with delays that I had. Ana gladly pushed it out several times to meet my schedule. She's friendly, professional and responsive and was always easy to reach and get back to me. The painters showed up on time, worked hard long hours and cleaned up after themselves. They were personable and always checked with us to make sure we were happy with their progress. As it was a large job, there were a few minor touch ups needed. I talked to the Juan, the team leader and he immediately got Saul, a top notch painter to fix everything I asked for. It's great to work with a company that still believes in customer service and taking pride in their work

We had a great experience with CGP painting the outside of our house. The crew was on time every morning, professional/courteous, and didn’t cut any corners. We’ve already received several compliments from neighbors. Charles and Ana were responsive throughout the entire process and there weren’t any surprises. Highly recommend

I was very pleased with the price, quality of work, and the timing my project was completed. Charles was very professional and provided the kind of service I will use again and feel confident telling my friends to use. He was timely and offered valuable advice on some of my project hurdles. When they arrived to start they were sure to properly cover and protect all of our furniture and items as they moved around the house working. Painters were efficient and the work looks great!

My next door neighbor used them to power wash and paint her house. She was very satisfied with their work so I thought I’d try them. Charles was very polite and accommodating. His response time to my messages was quite prompt. Juan spent the entire day washing everything in my yard, house and shed. He was meticulous and took great care to move the deck furniture without scratching the wood planks. The team that came out for the painting was amazing, great attention to detail and pointed out things that I wouldn't even noticed, it was refreshing. I’ll definitely use them again!

Charles and his team were amazing. We have used them twice and each time was perfection. Charles is easy to talk too and deal with. He also checks on his team and on the work so I didn't have to. I highly recommend them

Charles was extremely easy to deal with and FAST! He was able to get back to us with a quote on the same day he inspected our house and able to start a few days later. Because he has a bigger team, the job went by very quickly. Our house was beautifully painted and provided a lovely back drop for staged furniture for the sale of our property. I have used Charles a couple of times before and whenever I need a painter, I always reach out. They have been painting my house for years, as I do a few projects at a time. This time they did all the trim on the exterior of our home and they did a great job,. I had old yellow trim and they helped me select a white that makes the home look more modern and clean. I'm so happy with their work!

We had some outdated wallpaper that needed to be removed from 2 rooms of our new home, we hired Charles Graves Painting, They removed the wallpaper and painted walls and ceilings. They did an amazing job

They painted our yellowed maple kitchen cabinets in an off-white color, and the island cabinets in a grey-blue. They did such an amazing job that the finish looked like it came from the factory. They were extremely neat and covered everything perfectly. We are ecstatic about our new kitchen! I highly recommend them!

Charles Graves team did wonderful job painting the exterior of our home! We went from a traditional red brick to a classic white! It’s stunning! They do a great job of making sure their customers are happy with their work!

I needed to replace drywall and repaint the ceiling of my living room and bedroom because of the leak from last June, after meeting with Charles I ended adding a few more rooms to be painted. Very fast response from the them. Charles was very helpful, He came to my house for the inspection. He walked me through the process, took photos of the rooms then provided me the estimate. It's not very cheap but it's still worth it, it was a complicated job The following week, their painters came, replaced all the drywall and did the painting They did an amazing job. The whole team were also very cool and polite. Very easy to talk with them.

They just completed the interior painting of our home and they did an excellent job. Our home is almost 6000 sq ft, Charles brought in an amazing team, they were very careful with our stuff and surfaces like new floors, countertops, etc.. I love how the colors the designer picked turned out and how bright and clean every room looks. The team was very nice and responsive. I asked them millions of questions and they had a lot of patience to walk me through everything. Their process really is seamless and they have great eye for details. I'm very impressed and will definitely use them again

Not just a painting company… I had Charles Graves Painting change out my flooring as well as painting my entire interior. I wasn't sure what I wanted and they walked me through the whole process. They helped me pick out the best flooring and their work was great! Roberto was so courteous while in my house and he made sure the job was done right. I am so pleased with my new floors and I get a ton of compliments. As for the painting, their designer also helped me pick colors and it turned out beautifully I highly recommend this local, women, family owned company for all your painting/renovations!

We’ve used Charles Graves Painting for over six years for exterior and interior painting and wood replacement on our deck and have always been very impressed with their excellent work. We just used them for the painting of most of the interior of our house, and under the able supervision of project manager Omar - very detail-oriented and a good listener - they did another great job. They were extremely neat and fastidious (kudos to lead painter Oscar in particular) and a pleasure to deal with. We recommend them highly and will definitely use them again

We contacted Charles after having our home painted and limewased a few days earlier (siding painted, brick limewashed). The limewash job was poorly done and not to our liking. We were scrambling and reached out to several other painters. Charles jumped on our case immediately, stressed how important it was to fix the job quickly because of the time sensitive nature of limewashing. We went with them and he immediately wrote us a professional letter to detail what went wrong with the previous painter's work, in case we ever needed it. As far as the work, they were on time, professional and easy to work with. Alex was the crew lead - he and his team did a great job reapplying the limewash and pulling it off to our preferences. He is one of the few in the trades that you can tell truly cares about doing a good job for the customer. They managed to get the job done in two days total (one day to powerwash the brick and clear it off as much as possible, second day repainting.) We are very happy we went with Charles and crew. It sucked that we had to do the painting again but they helped turn our frowns upside down.

Our experience with him was great. We needed to get a bad limewash treatment fixed. Even though we hadn't officially chose him to fix the bad job done by the previous painter, Charles stressed that we needed to get the current bad wash off before it set and that if we ended up going with someone else, he'd just charge for the power wash. I think that speaks a lot to Charles' work ethic and honesty. He knew we needed to get that paint off before it was too late to fix. We ended up using him to fix the limewash and we are so pleased. Both with his guys and his professionalism. I would hire him for any service he provides. Not only did they do great. They went beyond what was required of them and they were experts.

We used Charles Graves Painting company to do limewash on our home's brick in old town. They did a stellar job! Alex was courteous, listened to what I wanted it to look like and did the design pattern I was looking for. Everybody cleaned up fully at the end of the project. We have very expensive landscaping and they were so careful with them. They also listened to me whenever I brought up any touch ups and did them without question, Charles trained his team very well. Ana was very nice to talk to, whenever I gad questions or needed something they got right on it! My neighbors are all wanting to use the same company I did since they love how my brick looks, and could not recommend Charles Graves Painting enough!!

Charles Graves transformed our home! We were incredibly impressed with Charles Graves Painting and would highly recommend them. Their workers were very thorough and did a fantastic job on the inside and outside of our house. There was great communication throughout as we went away to leave them the run of the house to themselves. When we returned it was as though we had a new home! There were a few touch-ups to do but it was no problem to get them dealt with immediately and professionally. We were very demanding in our finishes and Charles Graves delivered. We were incredibly impressed by the quality of the painting, the communication and the professionalism and dealing with them was a breeze - especially when comparted to the other contractors we had working on the house

They were the second-highest bid of my four bids. However, I needed to paint a historical 97-year old home in Arlington. I couldn't afford mistakes. The gentlemen who painted my house were courteous and professional. They offered suggestions, which was imperative to a woman painting a historical property in four different colors on the exterior. Bottom line- you get what you pay for, and you cannot do better than them
