I don't think they were the cheapest bid but Charles enthusiasm, professionalism and attitude won us over. It was worth every penny and more, He and his entire team were friendly and professional and the quality of the work was truly outstanding. Any questions or concerns I had were taken care of immediately and made the entire process stress free. We couldn't be happier with finished product, it was quite a transformation. I would recommend them for any painting projects you might have.

Incredible company who performed a quality paint job on our very challenging home. The painters were professional, and the finished product far exceeded our expectations. Prior to the job, we met to review the color selection for the home. Thanks to Charles Painting for a job well done ... we now have a paint team for all of our future needs.

So impressed with the paint job. My siding is original aluminum and was so faded and chalky. After Charles Graves Painting painted my siding looks brand new! We used Charles Graves Painting twice this year, once for our exterior and once for the interior. The painters were extremely efficient, finishing sooner than expected both times and doing flawless work. Just as important, communication was excellent. Any time I texted a question to anyone involved, I received an answer within a few hours. We had actually chosen Charles the first time because a neighbor had told us he got five bids for his house, and Charles was the best for knowledge and quality. Combine that with great service and great work and that’s impossible to beat.

Our exterior trim was getting quite faded after eight years so we wanted to get it repainted. We had three different bids in various ranges and went with Charles Graves Painting. They came out three days in advance and pressure washed the exterior trim but essentially did the whole house. They came out today and did the painting. The made sure everything was covered and did a fantastic job. Our house looks 20 years younger. Our painters were Milton and Ali, and both were very professional, courteous and exceptionally well trained. Great experience on all fronts and if I have any future painting work, they will always have my business.

This company is EXCELLENT!! Completely satisfied with the hard work and professionalism of the team who came to our home to paint the entire house. I highly recommend them. Excellent service! Charles Graves Painting LLC just painted the exterior of my house and they did an exceptional job. They were very thorough in prepping my house, which was built in 1925, and that was not an easy task. They had to deal with replacing wood damaged by wood rot, and overgrown ivy that had been on the house for years. Jose and his crew are hard workers and very conscientious. Charles explained everything in the estimate and kept in touch during the job to let me know if they ran into any unforeseen issues. Five stars! Would highly recommend!

Their customer service was simply amazing! I contracted them to do interior painting for my house, and then added a couple of more areas to paint after their completed the first job. They finished the change orders within 48 hours from when I asked and everything look amazing!

We hired Charles Graves Painting Company to paint our entry way, living room (18ft ceilings), kitchen, and dining room and could not recommend them more! Our project was completed on time, at a reasonable price, and we will use them again in the future.

Just wrapped an interior paint job done by Charles Graves Painting of our 5000sq ft Alexandria home. Involved stripping two layers of wallpaper, skim-coating, then priming and painting. Very good process from start to finish - protected everything, cleaned up appropriately each day, then did a final touchup and clean up that left me searching for something to find wrong. Couldn't find anything! Highly recommend them

They were FAST, detailed, and easy to work with. I had the entire interior of my house painted and a fireplace white washed and they knocked out this huge project in only 5 days! We were scheduled to move in to the home right after the painting was complete, so I was very happy they kept to the requested timeline and even finished early which allowed us more time to prepare for the move. They covered every inch of our floor with plastic for protection, and I was so impressed with their methods. The finished job looks incredible and I am so happy!

The team at Charles Graves Painting did incredible work on a huge project (our entire 4-floor home, including ceilings, moldings, kitchen cabinets, and stained wood built-ins). Everything looks beautiful and they were also really lovely to work with, which is a breath of fresh air. I will certainly use them again for other future projects. They were also able to do a specialty paint project with Limewash paint.

Had a fantastic experience with Charles Graves Painting and would like to acknowledge Jorge’s crew that performed the work for particular care, timeliness, hustle, and positive attitude. I needed five rooms painted on short notice, got three quotes, went with these guys based on efficiency, price point, engagement with project. They got it done. Needed some carpentry in the mix, no prob; they came back for a follow up to fix a door handle a week later. Just all in all a super troupe. Rooms look great, no mess, as delightful as comprehensive paint job could be. Will recommend these guys without reservation to anyone asking.
