Very happy with the service.
Description of Work: I moved into a new house the there was an ant and cricket problem. I signed up for the Bronze plan which includes an initial treatment inside and outside the house and quarterly treatments outside. Since the 2nd treatment I haven't seen any bugs inside at all. Very happy with the service.

Description of Work: I had observed lots of small bugs when replacing cedar siding on my house. Upon the arrival of the gentleman from Loyal, he informed me I did not have termites but a colony of ants and the replacement of the siding was going to solve my problem. There was no charge for his service call. Try to get any other service making a "house call" not to charge you. They have a LOYAL customer whenever I meant need their service.

I think the guys that come out do a great job of spraying where they should because since they have been coming out I have not seen any ants around the house like we used to. They are always very nice and are also on time.

We haven t had any termite problems. They seem to do fine work. I have confidence in them, trust them and they are a very professional company. They re dependable. If termites damage our house, they will repair it because we have a termite bond.
Description of Work: The inspector came out and inspected our house for termites. He checked the foundation, under the crawl space and perimeter of the house. We have a yearly contract with a termite bond, and they inspect once a year.

When the workers came to my home, they were always friendly and made sure to do a good job. They take their time and are considerate of my home. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: The annual inspection that I had done with this company was around two hundred or more dollars. Since then, I have had an annual visit where they sprayed for termites in my home. I am on a contract with this company as well.

We have been very pleased with their service. The workers were very professional and polite. Their cost was lower than many other companies yet they were still doing their job and keeping the ants away. We have used them for years now.
