They come out every two months. We have a centercon termite system that they check for activity. They also spray for pest at that time. We have been using them for a year. they do an extraodinarily good job. I would recommend them to anybody. They are a local company so they understand the bug problems specific Richmond. They have been in business for quite some time and they were quite successful.

They will check the house to see if there are any evidence of mice or ants and take care of it. We have a quarterly contract with them to come out and spray.

Overall, all of the work has turned out very well. I would highly recommend them to others and we plan on using them again in the future.

I switched from another pest company to them. They are really good, reasonable and the inspector, Phillip, is really good. I have a yearly contract with them. It saves you a lot of money and you don't have to go through a lot of stuff like th other companies tell you.

Old vents and styrofoam covers were removed and disposed of in my recycling bin. This type of material does not belong in a recycling bin. The recycling bin is clearly marked, so the installer either didn't care or was not paying attention. New vents were installed.
