Description of Work: Loyal could not have done a better job. They arrived on schedule for the termite damage inspection just 2 days after our initial call to them. They scheduled the treatment 2 business days later and again were very punctual for the appointment. They carefully explained the whole process and answered all our questions. Then they did what they said they would do. They were careful and neat in doing the work and our termites are gone. The price was less than I expected though I had no experience to base my estimate on. They honored the Angie's List coupon without question and expressed the importance they gave to a good reputation on AL.

Description of Work: I have used Loyal Pest since August 2003, when they placed Termidor around the perimeter of my home and drilled it into my interior crawl spaces and garage. This was done, not because I had termites, but because the previous company had placed a weak agent, and the ground under and around my home had been disturbed for placement of sump pump and drainage work on the exterior. Since then, they have been punctual, professional, and have performed as expected. They did provide advice on another pest problem I had, and convinced me that I did NOT need to have work done at this time. Rather unusual, in my book, for they could have estimated a larger bill than "0". During the annual under the house crawl space examination for termites last year, their agent found two other problems I was unaware of and thus alerted me to another potential problem, not pest related. Overall, I am a very satisfied customer, and would highly recommend this company.

Description of Work: We found termites swarming in the mulch behinf our house, close to the house. I checked them out on Angie' s List, called them, they came out and said there were no termites visible in the house itself, but if no soil treatment was applied recently, then we wanted to protect our new investment, a new house, since we have had termites beforre. they are certified to use a relatively new treatment , Artricept, which actually contqins NO WARNING LABEL from the EPA. It had no smell, they are certified to apply this treatment, and they will come back each year for a reasonable fee to recheck . They were pleasant, efficient, and even sent me a letter saying that they had applied the treatment. this was important to us, since the builder was supposed to "provide proof of soil treatment", and didn't at closing. They didn't even supply us with a year's warranty. They impressed me most by saying you don't have a termite issue, they are only in the soil and yard, it is your call to treat or not, or wait and see. We preferred to treat.

Description of Work: The company did a termite inspection. They found no evidence of termites but did show two areas where termites could get into the house. The inspection was free and they did not try to sell us the "insurance".
