Description of Work: Hodges replaced all of the windows in my house (29 of them) and the three panel door to my deck. The installers, Chris and Greg, were skilled professionals. They were punctual, efficient and courteous. The only glitch was with one tempered glass window that came in two weeks after all of the others. Hodges could have done better in communicating with me on the reasons for the delay and the status of installation. With the exception of that one hiccup, I found Hodges to be first rate.

Description of Work: I was very pleased with the eight replacement windows (vinyl; various sizes)installed by Hodges Windows and Doors. The price was fair - not the low ball price you see advertised by the larger chains where you "get what you pay for" nor so high that it undercuts getting value for your dollar. The quality of the windows seems exceptional given the reasonable price. I did my research. As a retiree I had the time to have multiple companies visit and give me quotes and checked references. On the front end, their sales representative (Tom L.), who came to my place on two separate occasions, provided me with comprehensive and useful information, gave me a range of options and responded quickly to a few follow up inquiries I had. He was pleasant, professional and very easy to work with. The installation crew of two (Mark A. and Travis) was efficient, courteous, completed their work well within the time frame they indicated it would take, left my place spotless and appears to have done an excellent job. Very satisfied.

Description of Work: The installers were professional and did a great job. The only problem I had was with the sales staff, they were not responsive to my concerns. Two windows were ordered in the wrong size, changes that were made without asking |me, and after they looked at them and listening to my complaint I heard nothing.
